Happy with the whole experience from wo to go. They did all the paperwork for me. Solar installed on the agreed date and time. Even took five minutes to play ball with the dog and make a friend!

I have recently had solar panels installed by The Solar Electrician. I was first swayed to go with this company as opposed to going locally, which I always do, because Alan actually came to my house and sat down with me for an hour and a half despite the fact that he was extremely busy that day (he showed me his calendar). I am very challenged when it comes to understanding things like how solar panels work but Alan explained it in a way that I understood. He was pleasant, courteous and patient with me. Once I signed up and paid my deposit everything moved quickly....despite coronavirus shutdowns....and I soon had my solar panels. The 3 men who installed them were also lovely and easy to have around my house and took the time to explain things further to me.
3 days later the inspector has now been and they are up and running. He informed me that I had purchased a very good system which has been expertly installed.
During this whole process I have rung Alan several times and he has taken my calls first time every time and answered my queries. He gave me his direct phone number and told me not to hesitate to call if I have any concerns.
I would not hesitate to recommend The Solar Electrician.

Reason for not giving 5 sars is: instalation wasn't done the day it was arranged, usually no one answers the phone, but always got the call back and problem with app, it doesn't support 5 hrtz, so it's useles for me. Maybe you can update current 2,4 to 5.
Other than that, no issues, good customer support, everything went smoothly.

Installers arrived on time and worked diligently and safely to install the solar system. All work was done neatly and all mess was cleaned up as they went.Operation and procedure for use was fully explained. When work was inspected the inspector commented that the installation was very well done.

Right from the first contact we experienced very professional service. Appointments were confirmed and carried out on time. Clear and concise information was given enabling us to make an informed decision to proceed with the installation of the solar panels. Contact with the office was carried out patiently and politely. The two gentlemen who installed the panels were a delight. They were courteous, neat and thorough and took time in explaining how the system operates. An altogether five star experience.
