The quality of the windows - they really are soundproof - and the great customer service

We were very pleased with the service provided by the Soundproof Windows. The team were fast and efficient from start to finish. Onsite team were very friendly and tidy. End product has been very effective and would highly recommend.

Sound proofing is excellent - completely changed sleep quality. Staff were all knowledgeable and polite. The decoration is not as nice as the original sash but good considering restricted space.

We replaced our bedroom windows because they were old double glazing which provided poor sound insulation from road traffic. Soundproof Windows was very helpful, communicative and transparent from the start, and they provided lots of useful advice. The high quality of the windows is very obvious, and they've improved the sound insulation significantly, removing the higher frequencies, which were the most bothersome. We're very happy with the result, and highly recommend them.

The Soundproof Windows people provided a bespoke service with comprehensive advice. Everything that we needed clarifying and several things we didn't even think about were also taken care of. Additionally, they were the only firm who could do all the required work.

I bought eight tilt & turn secondary windows from Sebastian for my listed house. They do a good job keeping out noise from the A road my house is on. They also completely cut the draft and cold that was getting through the original sash windows. I shopped around a lot and I would recommend Sebastian and team.

Sebastian and the whole team we had contact with were really consultative and professional. We are really happy with the windows across the front of our house; they look better but more importantly they have reduced the noise from the road hugely. We are sleeping alot more soundly and that's before getting curtains/blinds so we are very pleased. We would highly recommend this company and product.

SPW have done lots of projects for our company, but their latest project involved taking out most of a public facing wall and replacing huge Victorian windows.

The project was well managed in advance by the team in the office, with successful site visits and billing.
The biggest praise for this project has to go to the install team who were fast, efficient, communicative and left the place so clean that our housekeeping team didn't know what to do with themselves.

SPW is a perfect example of what happens when you pay a bit more for a top product from a top company.

We recently had seven windows replaced at our East London home by The Soundproof Windows, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We chose tilt-and-turn imitation sash windows with customised soundproofing for the master bedroom and lounge bay. The project also included rebuilding the entire lounge bay area to address structural issues caused by the old windows and poorly constructed old roof. The final result is stunning, and the newly built bay looks fantastic.

The team was exceptional throughout. Sebastien’s consultation was thorough and he has answered many of our questions before and after the installation was complete, offering the best advice; Krystian excellently managed the installation project and ensured we were happy with all the steps and had all the information we needed; and Julius and his installation/building crew were top-level professional, friendly, and considerate, keeping disruption minimal and keeping us well-informed throughout the process.

The windows are high-quality, slick, sturdy, and incredibly effective. The improvement in noise levels has exceeded our expectations, and we can already feel the difference in comfort and liveability.

I changed my windows with Sebastian, Kyristian and Alice and really appreciated their help. 1). The quality of the window is amazing. I changed my study to soundproof sash and bedroom with soundproof sash with a secondary sash. We used to not be able to sleep in our bedroom given the bedroom is facing a Main Street with noise goes to >70 db, and since we changed the window we could enjoy a quiet sleeping environment with c40db. 2). The team is professional and friendly. My process have been unexpectedly long given some issues and Sebastian and Krystian are super kind and helpful and assisted me to complete the process. I really appreciated the team and highly recommend them!

We live on a busy main London artery and replaced all our windows (main and secondary) with triple glazed windows from Soundproof Windows. I now watch Buses and the traffic going pass instead of hearing it! the improvement in Thermal insulation is also very noticeable. The windows look very good and fit well within our Victorian building. Most importantly, the team was incredibly efficient and very careful to leave the place clean and spotless. I can't rate this company and their products highly enough. From my first contact with Sebastian, through to installation of very high quality secondary acoustic glazing, to dealing with minor after sales issues, they have been about the best company I have dealt with. I opted for secondary acoustic units of 51db upstairs and 47db downstairs. My property faces a 'A' Road and is set back by about 150 yards but due to poor sash windows the road noise especially with motorbikes and heavy lorries can be horrendous and varies depending on weather and wind conditions. Since moving into my property I had only had sleep in 1, 2 and 3 hour slots due to the noise! I am now getting sleep of 4 and even 7 hours at a time - so very happy!
On arrival Maciej and Dawid, meticulously put covering on all my flooring, they worked tirelessly and efficiently, and were a pleasure to have in my home.
A sound proof material was installed on the window reveals before fitting the very solid units.
Sebastian had meticulously measured, to allow for an extra section at the top of the one window, to ensure my roman blind would still work and enable me to open the windows - it's perfect!
I have never described windows as 'beautiful' before, but these are truly a work of art and look elegant, with tilt and turn function and the tilt angle can be set on two different settings, which is terrific if you just want it open a minimal amount or wider.
I had done a lot of searching on the internet and most window companies have dire reviews but not Soundproof Windows! It was due to this and desperation that I decided to pay (what is a very high price) for the secondary acoustic units, but definitely worthwhile.
I always say that a company can be judged but how they handle any problems aftersales, and yet again Soundproof Windows excels on this. I had a couple of minor issues that have been dealt with swiftly and courteously, to my satisfaction.
Every single person I have dealt with throughout the whole process has been impressive, professional, sensitive, friendly and efficient. What more can I say, in my opinion they are the best window company out there!

Professional, went above and beyond and the window looks incredible in our Grade II listed building. It's also silent at night. Really so impressed and happy with how it turned out.

Excellent windows, dramatic change to the soundscape in our home which is exactly what we were hoping for and they look great. The installers could have been a touch more careful as there was a little damage to a new carpet which was remediated so not a big deal.

We are delighted with our new windows. From early on in the project Sebastian and team were brilliant to work with, helping us with multiple decisions along the way as well as connecting us with expert guidance through some challenges around planning regulations for replacing windows within a conservation area.
