Absolutely awful customer service I received my hat crushed faded and the complete wrong colors. DONT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. A scam if you ask me. Zero stars should be an option.

I’ve been waiting longer than 1 1/2 months for my package and every time I write customer support it’s just some lazy excuse. Then they promised my package would arrive in 12 days and it of course didn’t.

This site if FRAUD I purchased over a month ago when I contacted them they told me wait a few more days and I will receive two weeks passed still nothing DO NOT ORDER

Fake caps and got the Wrong order and they wont answer my emails

This is a fake site. Luckily I was able to have pay pal refund me after a month of waiting and emailing this site constantly. Got one reply saying my parcel was on the way and then nothing. Paypay took care or me but if you used your card I would suggest calling your bank and reporting this. Hope some reads this review before purchasing from this bs site

Never order from this site it’s for sure a scam I wish I seen these reviews before I ordered. I Never got an updated tracking number. Never got a product or a refund. It’s been a month . This site is fraud

searching for products is time consuming the accessories that I type in don't pop up you have to dig a bit to find the right product 4 stars because it's an instagram shopify page it would pass the test better I think but maybe it's for some reason but if they went to shopify not ig store it would be better and secondly searching a good option would be to add more search filters and tabs of all brands separately because not all of them are there but the rest super many products it's cool. I'll come back here

You will never receive your order! Here I am a month out and they are ignoring me and telling me the package has shipped. When you check the tracking it states a label was made but they have never sent the package. It has been a month since they "label" was made. Their customer service is a joke.

Easy fast order

Been 2 months and my product isn't here. The tracking number they gave me is invalid

The website is incredibly easy to navigate, and nearly every item in every category is available in all sizes. The selection is impressive—I found myself scrolling for hours, and every hat I came across felt like a new favorite. This time, I ordered four fitted MLB hats, and I already have ten more in my cart waiting for payday! I'm so glad I discovered this site; hats from other retailers often feel bland and overpriced by comparison.

While shipping will take a bit longer than expected, it may just be my excitement making the wait feel longer. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied and looking forward to ordering more!

Great and caring

I've been waiting for more than a month for my package shipped throughSFC a Chinese company... still saying in transit...I've emailed southvibe numerous times asking for an update to no avail... always saying few more days to you your package comes...I just want my money back now....and after 2 1/2 months of waiting I get my package today and the quality of the product is not what the pics look like at all...never buy this bull💩I promise you you'll be better off buying from ebay or poshmark the quality is trash not good at all....straight up knockoff print!!!! Never again!!!!! Don't do it at all...wouldn't recommend at all!!!!
