Final update: Evri never delivered the parcel, but customer service was responsive and provided a full refund. Unfortunately, after waiting nearly two weeks with no delivery, I had to buy elsewhere. The customer service was good, but the delivery experience was so frustrating that I can’t rate the company higher than 3 stars overall.
Ok, refund being processed hopefully will arrive soon. They should rethink who to use as currier because Evri is ruining your business! It’s outrageous!
Almost two weeks after my purchase: No trainer! No delivery attempt no refund. I waited and waited and waited for Evri to deliver my parcel and every day a new excuse. Customer service advise was to wait. I’m done I want my money back! Yes the were responsive, takes them about 12 hrs to respond to my emails. No phone number to have a conversation with anyone. So went back to 1 star, because this is the most frustrated I’ve ever been in a long time with a delivery. Would not buy again from them and wouldn’t recommend at all!
Update a week after: still no parcel, still lost in Evri black hole warehouse where parcels go there to retire and never make it to destination! Sent an email to seller, still no answer, it has been a week.
I was worried about this company as it was the first time ordering from them but it is fair to say that their customer service, once I went past the AI messaging was very helpful. The delivery is taking much longer than it should have but it was not their fault. It is Evri being terrible at what they are supposed to do. I haven’t received my order yet but at least now I have been updated accordingly. I do think that being a company that deals with expensive items they should think of using a different delivery service!

When my original shoes had an issue, the issue was quickly sorted out and I was sent a replacement pair. The new shoes arrived quickly in perfect condition.

I ordered some jogger bottoms in the sale at a great price but unfortunately one of the pairs didn’t arrive. I kept one of the pairs - they were superb quality and a fraction of the original price. What really impressed me the most was the excellent customer service from a lady called Sofia - her response to my query was immediate and the missing item was refunded.
Very reassuring as I hadn’t dealt with this company before.

I ordered five items- this was my first time order. Unfortunately when it arrived, in the package labelled for a jacket there was instead a totally different item. I messaged the company and fortunately Sofia picked my message up promptly and resolved it by sending the correct item in the post the same day.

Sofia was incredibly helpful when I was trying to return my item and couldn't get the barcode to work. She is an efficient and polite person who genuinely cares about the customers experience. Although my item wasn't ok for me on this occasion, the service Sofia provided has made me keen to use Sports Edit again in the future as the memory of my first experience with them has been left as a really positive one.

Ordered some trainers from here. Sent via Evri. They’ve not moved in almost a week. The Sports Edit replied to my first email staying because I sent it to a parcel shop it takes 2 weeks which is absolutely not true. They now haven’t replied to any email since and my parcel still hasn’t moved. Really poor customer service.

I got in touch with Jasmin via email as per your suggestion. Took pictures and complied with your request, followed up with another 2 emails and still no response. So much for your customer service, if ever they exist. This is so frustrating, customers beware. Prepare to be ignored if you decide to return shoes because they hurt your feet. I think they deliberately try to ignore me and drag this until my return period is no longer valid. Better order direct to the brand sites instead of using them. They try to make things complicated just to discourage you from getting your money back.

Ordered trainers delivered by courier who left them in the blue recycle bin (do not get me started). I was out of the uk when they were delivered and the following day the blue bins were emptied (you can’t make it up)…. So contacted sports edit and they sent a replacement within a couple of days.
Fabulous service would recommend for sure.
