Great, friendly and regular communication from the whole team which makes the recruitment process a lot easier and it feels that they are doing everything possible to help find the right opportunity....my ‘go to’ recruiter both now and in the future for when I need to recruit!

The Sterling Choice were absolutely amazing in helping me to find my next job in the middle of the pandemic. They were professional, helpful, tireless and always keeping my best interests at heart. You know when you receive those annoying calls, where you haven't even looked at a job, yet someone thinks you fit the profile???

Well I got one of those, from a very polite and professional young lady called Annaliese, from a recruitment agency I'd previously not come across.

After the usual of describing what I do & don't want in my next career move, I waited for the typical offer of several jobs that definitely fitted the "I don't want category"... Then after a short pause Annaliese threw me a curve ball.... Sean, I think I've got the job your looking for!

And guess what it was, after 12 weeks now I'm loving my new challenge and can't thank Annaliese enough for dropping me an unexpected call.

Regarding the service provided, it was nothing but 100% satisfaction. Regular updates, even plenty of reassurance regarding any doubts and concerns I had (as changing job roles in my opining is not something to be taken lightly). In addition to supporting every step along the process, Annaliese also dropped me a follow-up call within my first 4 weeks to see how I was settling in.

I sincerely hope that Sterling Choice encourage all their staff to hold the same high standards, if I'm ever looking for a new challenge, I know who my first call will be too for assistance.

I had a great experience with sterling and was successfully recruited into a full time position as put forward by Hannah . I was constantly being kept in the loop and fed information to help me with the process and updated on any changes . I was in contact throughout the whole employment process and I am still in contact now just for a catch up every now and then 3 months down the line. Genuine, trustworthy, straight forward, progressive, responsible, honest (I know that's tough to believe for a recruitment consultant) and excellent communication.
Gareth, one of Sterling's owners, did not stop communication once the role had been offered and accepted. Due to a delayed start (at my request) Gareth continued to check in with me and 1 month after I started he called to see how I was getting on. I know that this may have been getting paid driven, but it was still a nice touch. All in all an excellent experience with Sterling Choice. Very professional in approach. I would recommend, without hesitation.

First issue, I went for an interview and the agency gave me the wrong time. They had given me and another lady the same time for the interview- we both had the same first name. I therefore had to sit and wait for 40 minutes to be seen.
Secondly, I was offered the role and it then took 4 months to receive an offer. This is fine, the agency explained the circumstances, but I asked for some things in writing before handing in my notice. I was told they couldn’t match the salary and that I would receive the additional money I was looking through the agency cut, and secondly I was told it would be flexible working. I asked in writing as the contract said home working wasn’t an option. I told the agency I wanted early hours 8-4:30, and he said it wouldn’t be an issue as was down to the manager to agree. When I spoke to Hr they told me it wasn’t an option! I had so many issues with ironing out details and Sterling choice did nothing to help or support me. I declined the job in the end.

I had been looking for a new job for a while when I was contacted by Hannah at the Stirling Choice, even during the covid-19 restrictions she managed to organise 2 interviews in just a few days and was offered a job in less than a week, very polite and professional through the entire process and the follow ups to see how things are going.

Daniel has been very helpful in my job search, he was the first person to call me back at the start of my search and was very supportive at a time when I needed it most. As well as finding me really interesting opportunities he has kept in touch and followed up regularly. Great service.
