2 stars at best
No opt out of insurance: I have a renters policy of $50,000. It covers $25,000 of storage. The actual storage space smelled. The garage door was difficult to open and close properly. Being there less than half a year, they tried to increase my rate. I packed up and moved out. I will never use the storage center again.

Online process extremely easy
They’re online process was extremely easy and helpful. One issue was the 5 x 10 picture does not reflect the correct size. However, the unit was as advertised. Easy to set up, easy access to the storage facility and great online communication.

Easy sign-up, poor signage
Signup was easy, access is simple, but finding the internal unit was difficult - there’s no signage directing to the internal storage units. It was also difficult (if not impossible) to find T&C’s related to the contract - those showed up in an email after I signed up - that should be readily available on the front of the process.
