I had pd for the wrong size locker…
I had pd for the wrong size locker online so when I got there to see it I had pd for a very small one so wanted to transfer to a bigger one the lady that was there said she was new and didn't know if she could do it I wanted a drive up locker and I got one inside and it took an hour to do the transfer she said she was new and wasn't trained

Excellent experience with staff and facility.
The staff were very helpful with setting up the correct size unit, payment and what the fees were. The center is clean and well kept. I feel secure with all my things being stored there while we prepare to move.
