All very easy
The man giving us the two baby seats was there waiting for us on arrival (we texted when we landed). He fitted the seats efficiently and was very pleasant. I think his name was Sebastian (but can't be certain). All very easy, would definitely recommend.

So easy and much better than car rental car seats!
Stork Rentals were at the car when we were picking it up and dropping it off, there was no waiting at all. The car seats were great, in perfect condition - we had a newborn baby and a toddler and both seats were great. We travelled to Canada following our trip through Ireland and we realised very quickly how much better it is to rent through a company who specialises in baby gear rather than a car hire company. 10/10, would definitely rent again if travelling to Ireland.

Incredibly easy and professional…
Incredibly easy and professional service.
They met us at Dublin airport and brought the buggy to our car and showed us how to use it as it was a new one for us.
The buggy was in perfect condition and was so easy to set up and pack down, plus it fit easily in the overhead luggage.
They met us at arrivals to collect and facilitated us when we ended up cutting our trip short by a day. Overall a very reasonably priced and easy and professional service. Have recommended to loads of people already and will definitely use again.

Amazing service
Amazing service, we had to change from a single to a double buggy last minute and we also got delayed by a day after missing our connecting flight and there was no issue with the changes. Seán even helped us bring our luggage to our car. Highly recommend.

The team were very responsive and very accommodating when we needed to change our reservation and then extend it last minute.
The product (car seat) was exactly what we needed and in excellent condition.

The Stork Exchange was so accommodating and helpful upon our arrival to Dublin airport. The employee brought the stroller up to us and assisted with the set up so our 11-month-old could rest. Will definitely utilize this company again!

Great service
Coming from the US with our infant we were nervous about getting the car and seat but Olivia and Sean at Stork Rentals were wonderful! Sean was there to meet us at car rental after our long flight and guided us from the car rental to the carseat installation and how to use the Doona. He was kind and friendly on a chilly Dec morning and we were grateful that the process was so easy. We'll be using Stork Travel on our trips to Ireland going forward!

One less thing to worry about when travelling with a baby
It was very easy to book, but I didn’t receive a confirmation email so sent an email to make sure everything was ok. They were very responsive and helpful so this didn’t impact my experience of using them. When we arrived at Dublin Airport, we followed their instructions and they got to us very quickly so no hanging around which was great. The whole process was much easier than trying to transport our own car seat and I would definitely use The Stork Exchange again. I’ve already recommended this service to several people as I think it is a great idea!

Great stroller, easy pickup & return
The stroller was great for what we needed and came with weather accessories that was helpful as well. The meetup for pick up and drop off of the stroller was on-time and convenient. I'm really glad we used this service! In hindsight, attempting to do our trip with little ones and no stroller would have been terrible.
