I have used the Root Generator Shampoo for about 4 years. I have been growing out my hair and I believe it has really helped gaining length and keeping my scalp healthy. Great product!

Absolute load of rubbish, save your money, doesn’t work at all. Give people hope, not only still lose your hair but your money too🤬

The company take your money and then are unable to deliver the goods and then subsequently won't refund or replace the original ordered goods that have somehow disappeared with their delivery company.

Dreadful follow up and highly questionable processes.

Purchased the shampoo and hair removal spray.

First of all the hair removal spray.
I purchased this a while back but only tried it a few days ago.
It is dangerous and I've had a really bad experience with it, it has given me a nasty chemical burn on my inner thigh and to add to that it did not remove any hair, it's a terrible product and I wouldn't advise anyone to purchase it.

Secondly, thickening shampoo

It came in a hard rectangular bottle with a pump type dispenser. It is so thick that it doesn't pump out !
The shampoo also has a strong unpleasant smell and I found it to be a very average product with no thickening effect at all .

I am so thoroughly impressed with this product . My step-son was so self conscious of his hair loss and the efficacy of your products blew me away I am now going to purchase some for myself.

I bought three containers of the shampoo from the start, used them all religiously till gone and nothing changed
Crown still bald as a baby’s ass. My barber told me several times shampoo of any kind will not grow hair on a bald head
Believe your barber and don’t waste your money on these scam shampoos!!!!

It was like wearing Vaseline on your face. Heavy, thick and just uncomfortable.

Using this product 6 months now and no difference to my hair growth whatsoever.
Company promises that you will have increased hair growth, thicker hair however its far from the truth!
Its just expensive shampoo manufactured in.. you guessed it.. China!

I made an online purchase with them over 2 weeks ago and still waiting for my order to be delivered…
When I reached out to them enquiring why my order was taking this long they basically just brushed me off.
Very obvious that they are all just about making the sale and as soon as you have paid they could not care less about after-sales and getting the product to their customers!

Quick delivery considering it was from the US to Scotland. Very easy to apply, and you don’t need much as it goes far. Easily absorbed and left no residue leaving the skin feeling fantastic. I don’t find this over priced at all and will continue to use this going forward, already see a difference and it’s only been a week!

Used the very expensive shampoo until the bottle ran out and made no difference whatsoever.

After trying the shampoo, I’m excited to continue using the root activator spray. So far these products have proved to work! So I know the activator spray will too. Great product overall.

This is truly a great product! The tallow cream feels so so good on the skin, and is different from other tallow products out there as it is far easier to apply and gives a less greasy feeling, with all the positive effects off a normal tallow cream. Highly recommended!

I am in my 50's and have been using the system a little over a year now. While I don't have a full head of hair I have noted new growth in what was becoming my growing bald spot. My hairstylist has also commented that my scalp is healthier and she has confirmed the growth of tiny little hairs coming into the bald spot. More importantly, I am no longer losing my hair. I would say switching to the 3 part system has definitely had positive results.

Make sure you use all 3 components, the shampoo and conditioner set you up for a clean and healthy scalp but the root activator spray is equally important.

Also worth noting is their customer service. I have had to reach out a few times over the past year and they have always been speedy and supportive. They have not disappointed. I find sometimes after sales support can actually turn you off a product. I had the opposite happen here. If anything, I am more inclined to support this brand because they stand behind it with great service.

My hair was flat, thin and lacked bounce. With this brand's products, I see some lift and shine i did not have before. The scent is pleasant and formula feels clean. The price is a little higher than basic brands, but I feel I'm getting value.

I've been using Mane hair product for a while, and I'm really impressed. My hair feels stronger and thicker, and is much easier to style. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking to improve their hair's texture and strength.
