I have been using their products for a while and I am extremely satisfied with it. Does it work as advertised? Your mileage may vary but it seems to work for me. I don't know if my hair is actually thicker, but it feels it and looks healthier. I also like the under eye product. Only 4 stars because the pump doesn't work on the bottle, but customer service was very responsive,

The shampoo and conditioner we got from here did not work. Hair is still the same or even losing more hair

They sell products they don’t hold stock. 2 weeks later they sent an email offering a different product.
Avoid buying anything from a company which takes your money without the stock to post the order.

It took a while for the shampoo to do anything but I have noticed thicker Fuller hair and I like the way my hair feels after using it.

So far the products are working as expected. Waiting for at least three more weeks to see.

I have tried all highly recommended hair growth products but, never worked for me until I tried Superior Mane Root Activator shampoo. Initially I was sceptical that may not work and invested only the shampoo initially but, Mane proved me wrong. Seen results in just 3 months of using the shampoo. Now, I have purchased a pack of 3 and this time I have included the Root Activator Conditioner to give me an even greater results. Thank you Superior Mane, now you finally produce a crowning glory!

Company is a scam.

Bottles are defective and they offer no support. Have raised with my credit card, and waiting on refund. AVOID!!

I've been using Root Activator spray and shampoo combo for about 3 months now, and the difference is huge. My hairline is filling in, I see new baby hairs at the temples, (not too strong), and the packaging feels premium. Customer supporrt was good and i send them dosage of messages

I have been using the root activator shampoo since 6 months. It really works and i see changes after a month of usage. It is highly recommended

Great product that has worked well for me. Crown growing back in slowly but definitely. You have to continue use for quite a few months before seeing results but they do come. I have been using the shampoo for a year now and have noticed a massive difference. Highly recommend.

Ordered No-Shave hair removal it does the job but after pouring whole bottle on my back not just a few sprays like in commercial. The worst thing was that the hair started to grow back in 3 days and in two weeks I had same hair as befor using it. There are cheaper and better products than this which does the job of removing and inhibiting hair regrowth.

A total scam!

Firstly, I unintentionally bought twice the amount of products I intended to buy due to the company's confusing (and very scammy-looking) checkout page. I wanted to replace an item, so I used their 'back option' and tried replacing the item.
I realised my error after receiving the confirmation email, but the company were totally uninterested in offering a refund, informing me how it wasn't possible to cancel part of the order due to some 'other department' B.S.
In order to offer a refund, I would have to ship the items back, which would have cost me more than the value of the items. This policy, along with the confusing check-out page, is clearly designed not to be user-friendly to dissuade people from applying for refunds. A classic scam tactic.

Secondly, the products themselves. I accidentally bought two sets - shampoo, conditioner and the root activator spray - and used all three of these items every day, following the instructions and online videos.
In the mornings, I used the root activator spray by massaging a significant amount into the scalp, parting the hair etc. - all of the recommendations the company makes.
In the evenings, when I showered, I left the shampoo in for several minutes after massaging it in well, and I then did the same with the conditioner.
Now, given that the company guarantees results of hair regrowth after 3 months of consistent use, yet after 2 sets of products and 6 months of the above consistent use, I have NOT seen any improvement whatsoever!

The whole thing is totally shambolic, and I would absolutely not recommend this company to anyone. Save your money, folks.

Lathers really well but you need to condition as your hair feels plastic. I used it every day for 30 days and nothing changed.
I had daysbof bad scratching and it wasn't a pleasant experience at all.
Forget it.

I received the product a couple of days ago. Some would say it's too early to see results, but I have started seeing results: small lines disappearing and overall skin glow. The only thing I would change is the texture; I personally prefer lighter creams. I recommend the product.

Ive been using this product for a lil over 6 months now and am pleased with it so far.

Honestly, i didn't think more would change, but i was proven wrong. My barber even commented on the difference in thickness. That says it all! I'll be reordering for sure

This is the best root activator shampoo I’ve used. It has helped my hair regrow and I’m really grateful. They are also the most professional to deal with.

I have been using this for about 2 months. I have noticed a slight difference in the texture and thickness of my hair, my wife has noticed it too! The shampoo smells really good too. Spoke to customer service about a slight price issue and they resolved it instantly in a great and friendly manor.

I like how lightweight the spray feels no greasy buildup or strong smell. It's become a simple part of my morning routine. I've noticed less scheduling in shedding in the shower too. Definitely sticking with this brand
