Amazing company, they genuinely care and want to help and advise on getting the best product that is right for you. i bought the triflow 4in1 boiling water tap. they were really helpful talking me. through everything, and advised on the katadyn filter which filters microplastics. it was a more coste effective solution than going for much more expensive brands. theyre very attentive and take time to talk you through evertything on the phone. they also price matched the product for me from another online site which was much appreciated. dont hesitate! delivery also came within 2 days.

Whatever you do - do NOT buy anything from this firm. I ordered a 4-1 boiling water tap for my new kitchen, and the product they sent arrived with a damaged water tank. The endless toing and froing between The Tap Specialist and their supplier went on for weeks, with confusing mis-information and defensiveness. That originally damaged part was eventually replaced, however the product continued to have faults, and I was pushed again between the supplier and the point of purchase. No one took responsibility and I eventually gave up, had the tap removed and a new tap purchased and installed by a separate company.
Just goes to show - you really do get what you pay for.
