Swift customer support
Order was shipped and delivered very fast. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the delivery of the package. Did not receive it but the customer support was very kind, got reimbursed and an investigation was set up.

Excellent customer service.
After I made my order I was contacted to see whether I would like to wait for 1 last wine to arrive or whether I would like to choose another, which was already excellent service. I opted to wait, but the last wine did not arrive on time, so rather than make me wait, they sent the order in two parts so I go most of it on Saturday as expected. They were also very communicative and polite. Will reorder for sure. And of course they are basically the only sellers in the Netherlands with fabulous Croatian wines! Highly satisfied so far.
