No tickets no nothing, and that's why we're on the wrong adres after being in the rain.

Dear Ines, appreciate your feedback and agree this was not a pleasant experience, especially on a rainy day as last Sunday!
However, I would like to counter your very harsh review:
- The email confirmation was sent immediately, as the during the booking it was stated it's an online confirmation. (It might have ended up in your Spam inbox depending on your email client)
- The banner on the website, just as the product description on various locations mentioned the location and the address of the tasting. We don't have a physical shop where tastings are allowed, therefore tasting has been organised at INAT kantine.
- We've missed you, but why haven't you reached out to me by phone or email either before the event, during the event or even after the event? On all these moments, I could have assist and provide satisfying solution from information to refund.
Despite this experience, I hope you won't loose the interest in Croatian wines and that we'll be able to welcome you at some of the future tastings!
Shipping problem
Shipping problem; I received no information about the damage of one of the packages. After a request by mail, I received an answer within 1 hour. The new delivery was organized the day after. I would have been a 4 star service with a proactive information about the shipping problems.

Dear Patrick, I appreciate your honest feedback and once again am really sorry you've experienced delay with your shipment. However, I am glad we were able to resolve the issue within 12h (overnight) and ship the second package successfully. Unfortunately, the shipping provider also doesn't inform us when a box gets damaged, but simply ship it back with the remaining bottles that haven't been broken. This sometimes takes few days before we know what happened, frustrating, I agree. I hope despite this glitch, you will be able to enjoy these delicious wines and that I'll be able to provide you with more of Croatian wines in the future too.
