We worked closely with Alex and Aditi within TCM. The engagement prior to the event date were fantastic with regular meetings and discussions with both colleagues to discuss expectations, progress and outcomes. Alex delivered a great session with many delegates positively commenting on this which added to a successful day.

The course was relevant, very informative and was professionally delivered. The trainer is great and well experienced in terms of investigation process and reporting. Pacing of presentation and answering questions is good and never rushed. I got what i expected, the process was clearly explained by TCM.

Excellent training. Really informative, excellent trainer and guest mediators who joined us for the last two days of the five day course. The training helped me to re frame how I think about mediation and also how I can use the transferable skills in every day social work practice.

TCM training was recommended to me by someone I know, I researched the workplace mediation training and the information provided on the website was excellent. I chose a date that could work for me and booked the time off work and booked myself on the course a few months ahead. The pre-course call was clear and explained everything along with providing access to the delegate zone. The training was excellent and professionally delivered for professionals. The pace was good, the response to questions (there were a lot of questions) was excellent and never rushed. The practical work with other delegates was first class and the assessment was also exceptionally well run. All round experience was excellent. Would highly recommend.

Great, fantastic insight and knowledge

The course was relevant, practical and insightful. The pace was just right. Sessions were interactive and engaging where we could learn from each others' experiences. The facilitator was knowledgeable. Overall enjoyed learning together.

Exceeded my expectations and came away from the course with a great portfolio of tools to use at work. Met a great group of people and it was such a supportive environment. The mediators were highly experienced and knowledgeable and I don't see how anything could have been better.

I was subscribed to a mailing list without my consent, their unsubscribe/update your email preference links give a 404 error, as such I emailed them in May to be removed and referenced ICO guidance that 'You must not send marketing emails or texts to individuals without specific consent.', but am still getting numerous emails from them

I really enjoyed my workplace mediation course with the TCM Group. I spent one week in London to attend the course in person and this was followed by a thorough assessment portfolio to complete. I loved learning from the facilitators and the other participants on the course, and I truly believe that all the things we learned on the course are life skills that can be used by everyone in any conflict situation!
