Attended the HR as Coach and Mediator course with Pip and felt she was so passionate about the course and its contents, which made the course really interesting. I feel there is so much I can take away and use straight away & highly recommend to anyone considering.

Great course
Great course, the trainer had a wealth of practical experience, and as well as introducing simple techniques she shared lots of practical wisdom as well. I have left feeling like there is a lot I can take away from this course and use in my role straight away.
