Course out of date and sounded like robot these sort of courses was out in the early 90s
Not for me quality isn't at the best but maybe OK for other learners

More time should be given to request…
More time should be given to request refunds. Maybe a month.
Some of the Videos are of substandard quality and the voice over is dull and boring and puts one off from learning.
Revamp your courses and make them interesting. Keep them affordable so many people can access them, because your competition, surprisingly, is far better than your organisation.

I like taking courses with the teachers…
I like taking courses with the teachers training, they very supportive. The courses are good price and you can do your course at your own pace. I recommended some friend and relatives to don't waste their time to do some course and get certificates to add to their cv and it will help even your boss will be surprised to see progress in your career. Teacher training will always reply you if you need help with login or refund, specially Nial who is polite.
