I recently attempted to log in for the first time after completing my registration and encountered some difficulties. A pop‑up message appeared offering assistance, and I was quickly connected with an advisor named Ashley. He resolved my login issue within a matter of minutes, allowing me to access and use my account without any further problems. I am very appreciative of the prompt, professional, and efficient support I received.

Teacher training is a fantastic choice, as you can complete the course in your own time. Support is available whenever you need it, and it’s far more affordable than traditional courses.

The company charges extra for the certificate at the end of the course. They took more money than I had agreed to for the certificate and I have had to chase 4 times for a refund, still with no refund. I have had to involve the financial ombudsman which is a total waste of my time. The training is also AI produced training and very robotic and boring.

I was searching the web as well as using ChatGPT to find best places I can get CPD courses for my education and training goal, when I ran into Teachers Training. I looked through their available courses and costs. I settled for a promo bundle, I quickly registered for 4 CPD courses and paid for the bundle. Upon completion I was unable to fully view my digital certificate for the only one of the courses even though I had paid for the certificate.

So I called the contact telephone number I found at the website. I was promptly and professionally attended to by a friendly customer service representative (he called his name Daniel). The issue was promptly resolved by the following day and they offered to send me, for free, the digital copies of all the other 3 certificates I did not pay for.

I would definitely recommend Teachers Training to any one who wants to use them, as their courses are affordable and the customer service top-notch.

Came across The Teachers Training while looking for Cryotherapy course. It was easy to sign up and pay and had instant access to the course. The course itself was comprehensive and easy to understand. The platform very intuitive and easy to use. Upon completing my course, have received my accredited certification as advertised. I've then bought an yearly subscription as its great value for money and I'm now looking forward to completing more courses with The Teachers Training. Fully recommended!

Poor resources, such as bad format. Felt money grabbing with limited time access to the course and expensive extension but this provided very little extra time. Also more expensive then other providers and arguably worse.

When I purchased the School Administrator Certificate Training course, I paid an extra £8.50 for a digital certificate and transcript. Once I completed the course the website asked me to pay for the certificate and transcript again. I used the live chat to ask for assistance on two separate occasions, a few days apart. On both occasions I received no response. Yesterday, I emailed the company asking for the certificate and transcript that I paid for, giving my order ID. I have just tried to log back into the website, only to find that I have been BLOCKED by wpenginepowered.com. All I want is the certificate and transcript I have already paid for, having spent several hours participating in this course.
UPDATE 05/02/2025:
Since posting this review, I have now been able to log back into my account. There is a certificate, however, I cannot view the whole certificate, nor can I download it.

Still no downloadable certificate and transcript, despite response to this review. Received a phone call, the certificate and transcript has been sent to me via email, I was also offered compensation. I have updated my star rating from 1 star to 3.

Well produced videos and easy to access. The website was not so easy to navigate to be able to easily receive the certificate after the completion of the course. There are also too many advertisements for other courses coming through to me by email.
