Excellent tea but one star dropped…
Excellent tea but one star dropped because my free sample was not included in my package. Even though the order stated that a free sample will be included in your order, it was not. When I wrote to Customer Services I was told that I had to add this to my order. I don't understand this if your order states that a free sample will be added to your order.

As mentioned in our previous email correspondence, while we do offer a complimentary sample on qualifying orders over £25, the sample does need to be selected and added to the basket at checkout in order for our production team to include it with the order.
