#49170 is my order number and still not received my item I paid for. I ordered it 30th November 2-3 days delivery but I’ve not even had a email to say it’s been dispatched and my emails have been ignored. I won’t be ordering again it’s very frustrating any time of year but at Christmas time to be ripped off then having to fork out more money to buy another one as it’s a Xmas present

Placed order 10 days ago, should be 2-3 day delivery, still not received. Emailed several times with no response, no contact number available! Shocking customer service! No communication at all!! Order no: 48622

*update* my items turned up exactly 2 weeks from the order date after multiple times of chasing them with very poor response times. (Original delivery was 2-3days)

My items were as ordered but I would not order from here again.

I ordered a set on 25/11/24 on a standard 2-3 day delivery. It’s now 4/12/24 and still have not received my items. They did reply on 2/12/24 to say I would receive my items by close of play today but nothing has turned up. Order number 48450

Ordered Nike Tracksuit over £100 on the 28/11/24 for next day delivery .
NO DISPATCH EMAIL OR UPDATE.

i have contacted customer service on multiple occasions on Instagram and Email and still no response .
Judging from the previous reviews and my experience this company is SCAM.
i will be seeking further advice with Trading Standards. #48805

Totally disappointed with the service of this company, I am still waiting on my order which I placed on the 13th of November when I chose 2-3 day delivery, I have had no dispatch email and have tried to email 3 times and I am getting absolutely no response, shocking customer service, let’s hope someone finally gets back to me after this review,
I will never be ordering from here again

Ordered tracksuit on 14th November. EMAILED several times. Said they would look into it.Nothing since #4882

Payed for next day delivery it’s been almost a week already I’ve emailed and they’ve told me it should be here for next week

Absolutely pleased with the service ordered on Tuesday for next day come promptly today defo will not be the last time I order deffo recommend .

Ordered tracksuit, arrived wrong size and trousers were different then the one on the picture. Requested refund, very hard to get any info or to contact them. Not worth the hassle and money! Buy elsewhere

Placed an order on the 27th of October it’s now the 4th of November , they told me they shipped my order out with no tracking number no information what so ever ! I’ve sent email after email and no reply ! It’s an absolute scam do not use !!!!!!!

PLEASE AVOID.

Payment was made on a Monday Morning and was infromed it was 2-3 working days tracked until delivery.

8 days later and still no items. No corrispondance from company totally ignoring emails.

After finally getting an email back to say it’s lost in transit and they will be sending a new one out I’ve still not received any email or confirmation about shipping yet have I received my parcel from them.

I ordered a tracksuit 6 days ago and payed for next day delivery tracked !!! I have still not received anything I have emailed numerous times not a single response this is the worst communication I have ever had with any sight I payed next day delivery for next day delivery not to wait a week with no response my order number is 46157 can someone contact me or give me a full refund this is awful wish I would of react the reviews before ordering

I’ve ordered and paid for 3 items.. they’ve still not sent the items and I’ve now sent 3 emails and still not heard anything…

Ordered last Wednesday for next day delivery. Hasn’t received tracking isn’t updating. Poor customer service care

I’ve ordered twice now from The Tech Club & both orders were super smooth from start to finish. Both orders very well packaged, arrived next day (I did pay for both to be next day delivery) I returned part of my first order which was easy, with a quick refund. Second order was as simple as the first! Will be back - thank you.

Following review below.. After a week of trying to sort out my order finally got somewhere after leaving a review, to be told it was lost in transit.. how is that possible when it’s a tracked item? Being promised it would arrive today and that it was dispatched yesterday morning is total lies, it got dispatched after 6pm it shows me on Royal Mail. Now I won’t receive my order till next week, wouldn’t think it was for a birthday a week ago..
I have never had an experience like this surely this isn’t a legit business and just a small outfit or entrepreneur. Doesn’t even have a phone number, honestly never ever order from these save your money and your time

I tried the Nike set a few weeks back.
T & Shorts. £45 set

It’s basically the Nike shorts what you get from football team wear stores as in where you go for your kits to be printed or school uniform, for 10.99 at the most,

The t shirts are actually football tops, Nike park. £13.99 to buy if you buy a football team set before printing is like £200 for 20 tops.

In response to reply it isn’t a negative review for service. It’s a poor review for the fact thinks sets are literally the cheap Nike stuff you get from team wear stores.
