Placed order for PlayStation 5 so far very little information still saying awaiting dispatch and when you contact them the information you get is not helpful. I have now asked for order to be cancelled and payment refunded. Payment was taken day after order was placed.
Would I use them again or recommend to anyone ? NO I WOULDNT

Ordered PS5 on 24 November, so it's been 13 days ago. Status still as awaiting shipment. Tried to call the company, no one answers. Sent two emails via contact us form -no response. My autistic son has been saving the money for 8 months for it. I don't have money to buy PS5 for him somewhere else in time for Christmas... Order 5657.
So far no PS5, no money back, no communication... And lots of tears in my son's eyes
Update: just read the comment below from the company... I understand, what you said about 10 days delivery window. But it's been already 14 days!!! And it's not even shipped. Are you kidding?!
Edit 2: Received PS5 yesterday, 19th December, 25 days after purchase day... It has costed me a ton of stress, effort and my son's tears as we thought we will never get it or our money back. Communication is a key and with this company it's practically not existing. If you don't mind being close to mental breakdown - happy shopping...

Do not use! Ordered a ps5, money staright out, then no confirmation email, and the ps5 never came! Currently going through the bank to try get my money back! It's a scam and the website should not even be allowed to be running!

I'm trying to contact this store for a shipment update. The email address on this page bounces back as incorrect. The phone number just rings and contact via the website hasn't been responded to.

Cannot understand all the negative reviews here!!! Took delivery of a PS5 Disc version delivered from Peter’s shop and would just like to recommend shopping here. Bought the PS5 at a very competitive price. Bought the digital version by mistake but Enfield Peter that evening and he got back to me right away to explain what I had to do to change to the disc version - he sent me an addition so invoice. This was paid by the Friday night and I got the PS5 the next Thursday! And he told me by email on the Monday I would get it by the Thursday!! Amazing customer service!!

I ordered a ps5 on 23rd November 2022 as a gift and I have tried on numerous occasions to contact via email,phone and online form I have had no update or responses and still says awaiting shipment normally you give them up to 10 days so I will be going to the police and reporting fraud if nothing is sorted regarding my order

I ordered the PS5 digital console for my daughter on Wednesday, early hours of the morning. I’ve only had welcome email, order confirmation email and awaiting shipment email from them. It says to allow 10 days on the site. I really hope we get the PS5 as I used all my disability money on it so my daughter could have one for Christmas. I can’t work due to my disabilities and my mental health and various other medical conditions so I’m on benefits. I’d rather not be on benefits, but I am. I want my daughter to be happy.

I ordered a ps5 on 12th November , from that date my order is saying awaiting shipment! Emailed the company twice no response , also tried to call with the phone number just ringing out. These reviews are giving me much hope! Disgusted of this is a scam! Is there anyway anyone has got a refund of these people ??

I purchased a PS5 on October 27th (Order 5370), received confirmation that it was processed and awaiting shipment as of the 28th.....then radio silence since that. I have emailed twice through their website and once directly to their address. I sincerely hope it is no more than a delay but many of these reviews are leaving me less and less hopeful. I have requested a refund should they be unable to send the item today and I have had to contact the Trades Ombudsman as a precaution.
## Update on 25/11/22 - Despite responding to some customers on this site, I still have yet to receive any kind of response from this company. They have failed to produce the purchased item or actioned a refund. This is a scam company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS....DO NOT PURCHASE. This is a company who are happy to scam you out of money over the Christmas period. How they are still active is beyond me. I intend to persue my refund through EVERY means possible. Do others a favour and share the fact that this company are fraudulent on your Social Media pages.

Again I'm back, seems the only way to get a response. Ordered a PS5 on the 2nd of October. My last response was on the 13th October saying my order was shipped, I can expect it early in the week. 1 week on and no PS5. Again, please respond

Seems like this is the only place that the owners actually respond to so here it is: I ordered nearly £450 of Lego for my sons birthday on the 4th Sept. Order number is 4852 so just give me my refund and close the bloody shop cause you obviously have no idea how to run business and treat your customers properly. Wish I had read the reviews before placing the order. I will go to the police, anti fraud and trading standards unless sorted within 7 days

Fraudulent store. You'll receive an invoice promptly after checking out, and on payment confirmation the shipping status changes to "awaiting shipping" but never changes. Follow up emails are returned as undeliverable and the phone number is not answered. Currently disputing payment and attempting to have Google Shopping presence removed.

Have written in 3 times to follow up on an order I made and haven't received any word back from them. Complete scam, give me my money back please order #4462.

Ordered 20/8/22. Update to confirm payment received 21/8/22. Zero update since. Zero response from online message. Zero response from contact us form. Calls to number on website go unanswered Emails sent bounceback as invalid. Am now linking with card provider to commence chargeback as cant see any other resolution! I can see that the price of my set bought has now rose by £50 so perhaps it is intentional to not fulfil my order. I would 100% avoid any purchase on this website at all. Fully regret my purchase.

Initially I ordered PS5 ( disc version ) however i realised the digital version is more suitable so I changed the order before shipment, after sending them an email about the change they quickly responded and updated my order, a few days later I received my PS5 digital console, so my experience with them is positive, they are not easy to contact them by phone, but they do respond to emails and are very helpful and professional.

Excellent service,good communication,prompt delivery.
