Ordered items 6 Weeks ago
Ordered items 6 Weeks ago, Never dispatched.
Have made multiple attempts to contact them via their "contact us" form on the shop site, and the published telephone number that is never answered. No updates, no communication. No item. Avoid. Have now raised as a complaint with the payment provider, laybuy, to get something to happen, or arrange a refund. AVOID - may not be a scam, but so far REALLY poor timescales, no communication - very poor, or actually non-existent customer service.
I was not advised of a delay. Since involving the payment processor I have now been issued a refund. It should not have come to this. Very poor.

Product never arrived
I ordered a stranger things Lego set from this company at the start of August and was assured they had in stock and would dispatch it as soon as payment was made. I haven’t received any product or any contact from the company since the start of August very disappointing as this was ordered for a birthday gift. No answer when calling no reply to emails no reply to Facebook messages. Websites are now down so no access to site.
5 star service
I'm amazed at the amount of negative reviews, I received excellent service from The Tempting Offers Shop. My items were dispatched as soon as ordered, and received a few days later. My communication with them was responded to within an hour or emailing them. All in all, I would recommend them.

Completely ignored me. saying it’s shipped on the 27th July and tracking keeps saying failed to reach your consignment on DHL tracking bad customer service they never respond
Edit: can I get a response on what you’re doing with my order please?
Been refunded what a waste of time that was
STAY AWAY FROM YOU WON'T GET THE ITEM
If I could give negative number's of stars it would be negative 5.
I placed the order for the ps5 February 25th 22.
Payment page kept failing so contacted them, they sent me a secure link to purchase the item, after doing the bank check and it was the correct placed I paid the purchase price.
I then emailed them the following day to ask about the colour they emailed me back with the colour and then a second email arrived saying that my order was being processed.
4 weeks passed I had heard nothing so emailed them and they replied that they thought I had received the item, I explained I was still waiting for the email with the tracking number, a promise of checking it and reassuring me that it would be sent out that following week and I would receive an email saying that they would contact me with a tracking number.
A further 4 weeks passed still nothing so I emailed them once again asking what was going on with my order, I then received an email saying that my ps5 was ready to be dispatched.
A further 4 weeks passed now I had completely had enough and emailed them requesting a full refund and for them to cancel the order, my return email 3 day's later was saying that the ps5 was going to be delivered the Thursday coming and I was to confirm that I would be in to tack receipt of the ps5.
Another email saying that I have cancelled the order and requested a refund and that I found it a little convenient that they had sent the are you going to be in email, once again ending the email stating that I wanted my money back.
Surprise surprise I had an automated response saying that the person was away on leave and would be intouch upon their return.
Seeing red now I contacted my bank and explained the whole situation to them, thank god I'd saved all of the emails, so printed them off and sent them to my bank with the paperwork they sent me.
It took my bank 6 weeks to complete the refund from the seller even though they could also confirm that the company was legitimate.
Finally after 5 months I got my money back from the bank.
Please do not put yourself in this stressful position stay away from this company.
There are plenty in the shop's like cex etc as every one seems to not want them anymore, I'm not sure of the full reason.
Su
I read the reply on here from the vendor saying it was full of inaccuracies, I promise you IT WAS NOT, it's easy for them to hide behind negative view's by blaming the consumer, that's absolutely disgusting, they can't and won't take responsibility of their own actions.
Definitely stay away from these, they said they don't hold card payment details for refunds, they could have easily enough emailed me or contacted me via my phone. Neither of these actions happened, their response to my review is inaccurate completely

Awful "company" - likely complete scam
I do not know where to even start with this "company" - if you can even call it that.

Thursday 16 June 23:18 - Order placed (2x LEGO sets totalling £394.85, marked as in stock).
Friday 17 June 10:22 - Order confirmed, can now pay.
Friday 17 June 10:41 - Paid in full.
Friday 17 June 12:26 - Order status changed to "awaiting shipment".
Wednesday 22 June 16:23 - emailed "info@theirWebsite" asking for an update. Email failed to deliver.
Thursday 23 June 19:30 - emailed "peterboiteux@aol" asking for an update instead (email from invoice).
Friday 24 June 14:34 - reply received, apologising and advising me that my order would be with me "early next week".
Thursday 30 June 15:35 - I email (using the website's message system) asking for an update.
Thursday 7 July - I had no response, no delivery, and no order status change. I send a message on the site and email "peterboiteux@aol". I also file a chargeback request through my credit card company.
Friday 8 July 08:56 - I get a response. Seems the chargeback gave them a nudge. I am told it is due for dispatch that day, and that if I still want it I need to "cancel the chargeback request that you opened to save time for both of us as it starts a very long recovery process".
Friday 8 July 16:39 - order status changed to "Shipped". Tracking shows a Parcel2Go order using DHL. Not yet actually shipped, just a label printed.
Wednesday 13 July 15:20 - I email "peterboiteux@aol" asking for an update, saying that I can see the parcel has not yet been collected from them.
Wednesday 13 July 18:10 - DHL tracking says it has been collected from the sender.
Thursday 14 July 09:17 - DHL tracking says "delayed".
Friday 15 July - I contact DHL and they have advised that this collection was a pallet collection, and when received at their hub and each individual parcel was scanned, this one was not present. I email "peterboiteux@aol" at 13:33 asking what is going on - no reply as of yet (evening, same day).

Basically, it appears, as per other reviews too, that this site is just a scam. They have an antiquated website that is barely functional, with an improper checkout system. The phone number on their site does not appear to be manned at all, the main "info@theirWebsite" does not accept incoming mail, and they only appear to respond when things are escalated (i.e. chargeback request).
They do not seem to be listed on Companies House at all (is this even legal?), and are based out of what looks like a residential address: "279 North Circular Road, Palmers Green, London, N13 5JH". No doubt this is "Peter Boiteux"'s address. I cannot seem to find a company/UK VAT registration number at all.
I am more than happy to provide proof if required - I already have everything documented for my chargeback, and will be taking this further anyway - be that through Action Fraud, the police, or HMRC etc. (or multiple of these) - I just wish I had read + listened to the reviews here before purchasing.

Not great
Update
After posting my previous review I was contacted by the company and advised that the courier had lost the package. I have now received my order and it is fine.
I've have used this site several times previously and I have had no problems.
However most recently I have made an order for a set of soda stream syrups, I have paid and the item has not been delivered.
I have left two messages on the site, chasing my order, neither of which have been replied to, and I have sent two emails , one of which has now bounced as undeliverable.
Don't use this site.

After reading reviews I was a bit worried about using this company but was very pleasantly suprised. I was updated on my order through out and found them very responsive. I don't give out 5 stars easily and would recommend.

100% a scam do not use ordered lego…
100% a scam do not use ordered lego never arrived kept my money SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM. If the reply below is for me how dare you call me a lair you thieving scumbags. How about you reply to emails I sent to find out where my package is? Not heard a peep until I reviewed your god awful excuse for a company. Never use them they are con artists, who have the stones to call people lairs and clam not to be a scam. I hope this excuse for a business is closed down ASAP. I am contacting the fraud office to take this further. This proves they lie as they have never even spoken of a refund and Said my item had be posted so lairs on top of SCAMMERS. SCUM OF THE EARTH. Update sent me an email calling me a lair (the nerve) and saying I've already been refunded complete lie and first contact they have made since saying it was being delivered. The only way you will get a reply is by negatively reviewing them. Still no refund given no date of when refund will be issued. The positive reviews are fake. I will need to take this up with my credit card company and the police at this point. Please trust me and never use this SCAM website. And to trust pilot are you aware people are abusing the review system allowing them to continue SCAMMING customers this is not a real website.

Happy with order and delivery
Product delivered promptly and plenty of email updates about despatch and delivery time which was great. It would have been better if I could have paid at the time of the order rather than a bit later in the day. Would order again from this site
Disappointed
I ordered Lego on the 11th March. 2 months later I’m still waiting. I received a reply to my first email on the 18th March saying it was due for delivery the next week. Still nothing. No reply to a further 2 messages. Such a disappointment. Looks like I may have to claim through my card company.
Item arrived!
I was quite wary about placing an order with this website but after some thought and paying by Google Pay I decided to give them a chance. After a few issues with DHL, which were genuinely no fault of temptingoffershop I am pleased to confirm that my order has been finally received in perfect condition . I found communication with the seller to actually be comprehensive and regular and not at all like the experience some other reviewers whom left negative feedback was. Very happy and would order from again.
Order fulfilled after trustpilot review.
*Update 03/05*
Tempting offer have now contacted me and dispatched the order. Looks like my message didn't get through (I used the online send a message page). Have upgraded to three star for now.
-------
Paid for some items on 14th April. No sign of dispatch. Send message, no response. Tried phoning no answer.
Luckily I paid with credit card because if I don't hear back soon I will be contacting my company to refund money.
