Still no refund ,still no contact ,still no PS5

Just updating now Jan 19th 2022 and I have still NOT received refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! AGAIN. STILL NO REFUND!! SCAMMERS: Ordered and paid for ps5 Nov 22nd.
No response to numerous emails and phone calls. £400 down and no ps5 just before Christmas. This company should not be allowed to trade! Disgusting

I am truly disappointed. I wanted to give this company a chance, but so far I have not received my product which I ordered on the 17th November, I have not been responded to and I have not been provided a refund.

This has resulted in no confidence unfortunately regarding this buyer and I will not be spending my money here again. Looks like il be going through the credit card company to claim my money back, as clearly no one is available to contact on messages or by phone and no product will be received.

Very tempting offer, did worry for a moment it was a scam as didn’t hear from them for a couple of weeks having placed my order and paid. However eventually got an email explaining they were short staffed and my parcel arrived within a week after. It was well packaged and arrived quickly after dispatch. Would buy from here again.

Unfortunately this website is a scam. I have held onto hope after reading the other reviews that just maybe we would get our PlayStation 5’s but I was wrong. After receiving 1 reply to my 6 messages initially again I was hopeful to begin with that the PlayStations would be arriving but nothing. Trust the negative reviews, all of these people don’t just leave negative reviews for no good reason. I’ve contacted the bank but it can take up to 3 months for a resolution 😫 we’re now over £800 down, no PlayStations for our children for Christmas and are out of pocket to get new ones in time. The phone number rings but goes dead and it is impossible to get a reply from them. As I read and I wish I would have thought of this… how are all the big companies struggling to get stock of the PlayStations yet this website seems to have a never ending supply of them. If we do receive the PlayStations I’ll revoke this review and put a positive one. I’ve taken to Trust Pilot A. To hopefully save some other families from experiencing this scam especially right before Christmas and also it seems to be the only way you can get a reply. How someone can get away with this on such a mass scale baffles me. REFUND PLEASE

I purchased this item in 18th Nov and still haven’t received this. It will be a Christmas miracle if anyone receives a Ps5 from this company. No updates and no refund. I seriously doubt they have any stick yet continue to keep selling at inconsistent prices.

Ordered a PlayStation 5 on Nov 24th. Paid in full when requested. It's now 10th of December, and still no PlayStation 5. Emailed them a few times, no reply. Tried calling, but the phone never gets answered. Contacting credit card provider to get a refund. Not happy. A little response would go a long way.

Have faith.
I was sceptical when I ordered, and was spending nearly £400 on Lego.
Although it took a couple of weeks due to staff shortages etc the package has arrived and is perfect!
If you email them - don’t use the info@ because it bounces. There is another email on top of your invoice that you should use and he replies really quickly and is super friendly.
All in all, trust the process!

Ordered a ps5 on 24th nov said allow 10 days delivery. Status still says awaiting shipment. Have emailed every day no reply wont give my money back. Total scammers do not buy from them

Since the 10 days stated "to allow for delivery" has passed, I have left 3 messages on site, one email, and voicemail requesting any update. I would be patient, but there has been absolutely zero response, which would tend to indicate that no product will ever be forthcoming. This is appalling customer service. The fact that they refuse to acknowledge customers and do not respond in any form is reason enough to not trade with them. My next stop is my credit card company to dispute payment...

Promised a PS5 within 10 days.. Didn't happen. Promised a refund - Hasn't happened.
Upset son - Has happened
Christmas ruined - Has happened

Over promising and under delivering - Has happened.

So the other day when I left a negative review its because I was inpatient and I just wanted my playstion 5 to arrive. After about 12 days I received my PlayStation 5 quickly and I couldn't be more happier with the product and received service I received.

Please listen to my words and do not under any circumstances buy anything from this seller. He's nothing but a dirty, wrotten, lying scam-artist. I recently sent him the sum of £510.00 for the Playstation 5 Disc Edition and he informed me that DHL had collected it from him and would be delivered the following morning. I contacted DHL directly and they refuted this insisting that they had no such item and had not collected anything from him. So the seller had bare-faced lied to me, and after I sent him an email confronting him about this, he has persistently refused to reply back to any of my messages. I'm already in the process of having the seller (Peter boiteux) investigated for fraud seen as he hasn't replied, or dispatched, or refunded me the money back. So please DO NOT SEND THIS GUY ANY MONEY! BTW he also has a tendency to reply back to these reviews stating that we are the ones who are in the wrong, but if anyone needs any proof to my claims, I have photographic evidence for everything so feel free to message me for proof and advice at my Facebook account TJ Shaw. Have just been informed that I am apparently expecting a refund, but the seller is also well known for stating a refund is expected on their website but the refund is never received at all so I'll believe it when I see the money back in my account. Plus they're already being investigated by the police and my solicitor, so unless I see the money back in my account by the end of the week, they'll be getting a visit from the police. We'll you've scammed that many other buyers in the past, it's not hard not to trust your word. If the money isn't in my account by Friday, then the police will be making a visit ok

Very poor. Order taken. Payment taken. Complete silence. Quoted 10 days delivery, which came and went. No product, no comms.
This must be a scam. AVOID.

UPDATE on my review: no refund so far, despite the merchant claiming it was issued on the 7th of December. Again: avoid at any cost!!!!! Go somewhere else. Don’t waste your time and money. Here’s my story: ordered ps5 and of course paid for it. Have not heard from them for around a week. After emailing them, got the info that my item is about to be despatched. That was a week ago and have not heard from them since then despite my messages. I presume my ps5 decided to walk to me instead of being driven in dhl van? Here’s my advice to you all: go and shop somewhere else.

The i few days later i saw nothing so i asked for the process and i got well we take up to 10 days for processing but we hope to send it out sooner...

10 days from purchased nothing from them so i messaged whats up... nothing

Since then i have sent at least 1 message EVERYDAY to no response

Amazing start but its a total scam (i have seen them reply on this site within the timescale so they clearly want to keep their reputation up but if you gonna sell stock you gotta send it to the people who pay real money for it if you dont have the stock then please stop taking people's money cause its called scamming (i hope to hear from you on your website real soon)

still waiting for refund :) has been 3 weeks since i was changed to refund no refund tried 3 times to message them and i am ignored

Please check reveiws before buying because i lost 600 pounds and i doubt i will ever see it again

I ordered my son a PS5 which DHL left in an inappropriate location. The Tempting Offers Shop were fantastic and are helping with tracing it and have also offered to replace with a new one. I am so grateful, and my son will be too.

I placed an order for a playstation for my son based on the claim of them having stock. (The price was way above RRP but I thought it worth it). As soon as I'd paid my deliver date changed to TBC and since then they are not responded to communication through their order portal, their website and their phone number is just ringing dead. DON'T RISK IT.

UPDATE: Response from them received with a BS story and said refund issued. Not refunded. They are out of their depth don't risk this retailer.

Ive ordered 3 ps5 consoles for my 4 lads for christmas. Communication was good until when they said they would be sent out at the weekend tracking nunber to follow. 5 days later and 2 messages from me, still no responce or tracking number. They have 4 days to sort this out before they are reported to fruad and i get my money back from my credit card.
