I ordered a ps5, unfortunately due to lack of communication i got nervous so I had my bank return my money, then the item arrived, which I have now returned , sadly I’d since spent extra money to purchase elsewhere, so from my experience it’s not a scam just poor communication which I did eventually discuss with Peter he graciously accepted the criticism , I would therefore in the future happily purchase from this site.

To be fair wasn’t sure the offer I got from this website was valid - however was very pleased with the outcome quick and simple to buy and delivery was great all as they said. Defo would use again thanks

Customer support were really communicative, letting me know when an out of stock product was back in. Then the product arrived extremely quickly, my children will enjoy the Lego calendar!

Hi all I have ordered 2x ps5 consoles for my boys and I can not thank this company enough. Yes there was a slight delay with Christmas rush but the communication with a chap called Peter was fantastic and I can’t thank him enough emails were within a day and never ignored they were great thank you

SCAM. Don't buy! They will not return your calls or answer your emails. You will not receive the goods you've purchased in good faith! Stay away!

Here's why I'm convinced this company is at best totally incompetent or at worst a complete scam:

1. I ordered a PS5 on the 8th with a promise of delivery within 10 days. That has since passed and no PS5 has been delivered.

2. I've tried to call on numerous occasions but the phone is never answered. Maybe they're just really busy, but when combined with the fact that...

3. ...Emails don't go through it's more of a worry. Emails are returned with a message saying the destination server refused to accept them.

4. They have not been in touch at all since I paid. Not to tell me there's a delay, or that they can't provide the PS5, or to keep me informed in any way. Nothing.

5. When I first left a review the shop got in touch via Trust Pilot to check my details. I supplied reference and invoice numbers. Since verifying that I am a genuine customer who has paid for a product, they have not been in contact with me, though I notice they are quick to reply to other negative reviews when they feel they are being unfairly maligned.

6. It's hard to prove conclusively, but I'm convinced a lot of these 5 star reviews are fake. Here's why:

A. There are repetitions of the same grammatically incorrect phrasing that suggests one person writing several reviews: 'more happier' is one.

B. Several reviewers have a very unique tendency to add a space before using a comma , like I've just done. This also suggests the same person has written several reviews.

C. The one star reviews (and some others) all cite the same reasons as me for the poor rating: no communication and no goods delivered. Strange then that so many of the 5 star reviews all commend the company for their excellent communication, as if they were written to try and mitigate against real reviewers' genuine complaints.

So, whether it's a scam or they're just an appallingly inept company the result is the same - they'll take your money and give you nothing in return.

In response to the reply from the shop:

1- 5 are all absolutely true and easily verifiable. In fact some of that is evidence I have sent to my credit card company as evidence of your fraud. I stated that point 6 why I am suspicious of the higher reviews and those suspicions remain.

"No messages received, probably sending to a non-reply address"
I sent messages to the email from which I received my welcome email, the one that ends with the line 'If you have any questions regarding your account, click 'Reply' in your email client and we'll be only too happy to help.'

"positive reviews are 100% from genuine buyers so check with them"
How would I check with them? There's no option to do this, and even if I were to get through to that account how would I know they were genuine? This proves nothing.

"This is not a scam as claimed"
Taking money from someone and then not providing the thing they ordered, getting in contact with them, or responding to their attempts to get in touch with you is the very definition of a scam.

Communication was very good, was kept informed throughout the whole process, excellent seller, a proud owner of a brand new PlayStation 5, was apprehensive but had no need to be.

I have still not received a response to any of my emails despite ordering a PS5 on 29/10 and requesting a refund several times over the last week.
I got what seemed like an automatic response to one of my emails four days after I sent it saying that particular email could not be delivered purporting to be from my email provider but this was not genuine and I received it directly after posting the first review on here.
All I want is a refund having not received the PS5.

Ordered... not getting a great feeling about sending money over for this item after reading so many negative reviews.. although may be genuine seller I couldn't take the chance so requested my money back.. which I did receive.

Hi there I ordered PS5 from this store and I get this delivered to door via DHL. It's been a bit longer than 10 days , actually about 15 , but everything's fine and I'm happy.They're also replying to messages quickly , so if you looking for PS5 and can wait a bit I would highly recommend.

Have to say I was worried , but I cannot believe I just received my PS5 today. I've tried everywhere for the past 3 months with no luck! My friend put me on to this and I have to admit I was not comfortable but Jesus christ it's here and I couldn't be happier!

Goods not received. Messages ignored. Phone number on the website never answered. Don't order from this Company, they are obviously a scam.

I am a genuine customer. All documentation has been sent to prove this. This Company is a sham. I am prepared to share all the documentation on here to prove this is a genuine review.

Me & the other half read the reviews here regarding the PS5 and made our minds up to order it! So hoping thus helps someone else that's in search of one. Happy to say ours arrived within a week of ordering and didn't cost us a kidney! My little boy is going to be over the moon Christmas morning! Big thank you to this store for actually selling them at a reasonable price. I've actually recommended you to a few people 😊

I ordered from this company on the 1st of november and still have not recieved my items. Have sent 2 emails and no response. Avoid at all costs as i think i have been ripped off!!!!! UPDATE: THEY HAVE REPLIED AND ADVISED ME OF A DELAY WHICH THEY CERTAINLY HAVE NOT ALSO THAT THEY HAVE ISSUED A REFUND WHICH AGAIN IS A LIE!!!!!!! 8th december still no refund!!!!!! Rip off merchants. Absolutely great service. Was very wary of ordering as I have been unable to find a PS5 anywhere however great communication, reassurance and ps5 was with me exactly 10 days after order.

Reading some review i was dubious however I ordered on Sunday and this was delivered by Thursday. my purchase was competitively priced and emails were sent at each stage, Order Confirmed, Payment Confirmed, Dispatched, Out for Delivery (this came direct from the store and not DHL which was the courier used) and Delivered.

Only drawback was once you had ordered you have to wait for an invoice to make payment which was easy but would be much simpler if payment could just be made at point of order.

Overall I will recommend this website to others and I am also high likely to use them again.
