Despite all the bad reviews it made me worry a lot but I received my ps5 digital today by dhl.... it's all working as it should seems to be genuine... thankyou

Hi I ordered ten items on my order and only received 7 I cannot get hold of this company the email they use does not accept incoming emails and the phone number just rings out so basically I've been ripped off for about 30 quid so be careful when ordering more than one of the same item

I have received my PS5 digital edition today and I could not be more happier. Peter kept in touch and was quick to keep me updated on tracking/delivery details. I am going to have one happy boyfriend this Christmas Thank you so much !!!!!!!

I placed an order for a PS5 however was nervous about whether the site was genuine so messaged them. After
not hearing back for about 10 days and a few more messages and attempted calls I sent a final message to request a refund and to cancel my order. I also put a negative review here on Trustpilot saying this was at best unreliable, and at worst a scam. That same day my order was changed to cancelled and Peter emailed me to tell me. I said I'd update my negative review as soon as I saw the funds appear in my bank account, which happened within 48hrs... so here I am. What I would say is that I believe the site is genuine (otherwise I'd not have got my refund) but they are very busy and not as good at communicating as some of the other reviews say. So... if you can't get a PS5 elsewhere this is worth a shot... but I don't know what their actual stock situation is as I pulled out (and now have secured one through a major retailer). 3 stars for being a genuine site, but no more as communication was initially not good.

So I ordered a ps5 beginning of October and have had no communication. Said would be dispatched in 10 days .

I think all these other reviewers are fake saying they got theirs within a week and they all ordered after me .

Having to claim back through credit card as can’t get a reply .

The company provided good communication regarding my purchase, the website stated 10 days approx for delivery and it was considerably longer than that. thagt being said the item di arrive and was as described however the box was not in A1 condition but that is the only negative with the purchase.
good shop prices are a little over the RRP, but considerably cheaper than auction sites.
A pleasant experience but be aware the time for delivery may be longer than stated.

this company advertise that you can purhase through paypal. however that is not the case, definitly seem a dodgy website as there is no security for your money.

Ordered a PS5 it ttook atleast 2 weeks to come and i was starting to worry if it was a scam but i have recieved my PS5 today and i cant be more happier thank you i would recommend if you dont mind waiting abit

We ordered the Lego Death Star for our son for Xmas this year. I was a little nervous at first as a lot of the reviews were negative. Peter was amazing, he kept in touch at every stage and updated us via email with tracking. It arrived swiftly and packaged brilliantly.
Thank you so much Peter the look on our son's face at Xmas when he opens it will be priceless :)

Seller doesn't have any stock, he's buying the things he's selling from ebay and send them to you.

Also he said he would refund my payment and hasn't. And when you try to contact them about it. They ghost you.

100% scammer don't waste your time with these people.

This is the third time I’ve bought a ps5 and what can I say apart from excellent service. I ordered it on Tuesday and it’s just arrived today. The other ones arrived quickly too. Once again thank you so much as you have made us so happy. This site is excellent and I will continue buying from you. I really appreciate you keeping me up to date with everything can’t fault you as the service is excellent.

Was initially worried I would be scammed after ordering my PS5. A little after 2 weeks, it finally arrived and I couldn’t be happier.

I would recommend this site if you want to purchase a fair priced PlayStation 5.

Im not going to lie i was a bit concerned about ordering but im so glad i did. Peter kept in constant contact the whole time, pretty much every day. Item arrived in a week and i couldnt be happier. Im glad i went with my gut. 10 out of 10

Grate service ordered ps5 answered all my questions kept me up to date with delivery ect definitely recommend

I was a bit skeptical at first after reading all the reviews but after talking to the company and being reassured that’s it coming I got my ps5 after 8 days and it works perfectly fine.

This company is 100% a scam, they have gone by a number of trading names and all of them have bad reviews and when the stores rep gets too low they make a new company and move on, the last one Regal Printer's & Stationer's. check the reviews for them as well.

They "might" send your item as they buy them from people on eBay and send them to you and scam eBay sellers. Do not trust eBay user pbparcelf4 as they are part of it.

You also can't pay with PayPal; probably cause PayPal have wised up to there antics and blocked payment to them.

Very happy with my order from this shop. I ordered a ps5 on Monday and received it 4 days later. There was good communication throughout.
The price of the ps5 from this shop is a little bit higher than the normal retail price but I am happy to pay a little bit extra for the great service received.
