The trainer delivered the course well, had a friendly approachable manner and taught it well with lots of information, good content which was easy to follow and understand. The content is going to be useful to us in the future.

I have thoroughly enjoyed the CSAS/RSAS course and it has been very engaging and interactive. Neil has been amazing and I can’t fault him or the way he has done the course, he has taken time to help us understand the role and the concepts to ensure we pass our assessment.

The trainer I had Neil for my CSAS/RSAS course was quite intense as there was a lot to remember but the delivery by Neil was first class. It was well paced and the delivery was excellent.

Neil was amazing, he made the course fun, made sure we were all included and engaged and also treated us fairly. He is very knowledgeable on the course. He is approachable and open, he adapted to everyone’s needs. He had a good sense of humour and made the course much less power point heavy, along with having many educational conversations with us. Give him a raise 😉

I have recently completed my Level 5 Operations / Departmental Management Apprenticeship. The course was challenging at times - especially when juggling work commitments, however our course module trainer Laura Macdonald was fantastic engaging and above all fair.
Special thanks must go to my course tutor Jason Davies who always went out of his way to ensure I was fully supported, and by being such a terrific bloke. His help and advice when recording our PDs and deciding what content should be added to portfolio of evidence over the course of the 18 month course duration was invaluable - and surely a contributory factor in my final result. I will miss our conversations greatly.
All in all, a fantastic course that due to its symbiosis with ongoing practical work; meant that I have also enjoyed considerable success in my role as Head of Commercial Optimisation over the course duration that I put down in no small part to the learnings applied by myself as a result of the Apprenticeship itself. Great work TESS Group!

The Operations Manager level 5 course was very detailed and provided me with the training I needed for the next step in my career. My skills coach Jason Davies was very supportive throughout and helped me to be the best I could be while on the course. I achieved a distinction and very happy to have completed to such a high result.

Thank you to Elaine and the Tess Group for their support with my Level 5 Coaching Apprenticeship. The group sessions were interesting and engaging and the 1:1 skills coach sessions provided valuable space for individual follow-ups. I felt fully supported during my apprenticeship.
