Ordered a jumper for my wife for Christmas and it arrived in just over a week, fully personalised so expected to take longer than it did! This company work extremely hard and even though are very busy always make the time to message continuously! Very good quality on the jumper! I can't wait for my wife to see it at Christmas!

Im very unhappy as I keep email over a subscription I pay for every month and not receive any of me boxes. I have asked for an explanation but still nothing. Shame really as I loved shopping with this company 😪

Ordered a subscription box in August, I’m still waiting on it with no delivery date been given.

When I question it with the customer service, I get vague “it will be dispatched in a couple of weeks”. I wonder if November’s and August’s will arrive together?

24th September and item still not received, no response to emails.

3 star only because of delay of delivery. Great products. Usually wait 2 - 3 for delivery

My order is still not received despite being ordered on 25th August. I sent an email to TTMC and no reply. Terrible.

Ordered a jumper for a birthday present, it stated 7/14 days delivery, still waiting delivery after 21 days. Birthday been and gone!
Have emailed and sent messages and still waiting a response.
So dissatisfied with this company.

I recently ordered from the tired mama collection for the first time, I got one of their boyfriend style TIRED t-shirts. The item arrived within the designated time frame. It's great quality and a lovely fit. I would definitely recommend this company and will be purchasing from them again in the future.

I have been receiving the VIP box for some time and absolutely love it. Each one is soo different and the treats just make it all the extra special.
I can't wait to receive it each time. Makes my day when it arrives.

I signed up to the VIP box ages ago and I've never received a VIP box within the timeframe advertised. Money is still being collected monthly and yet I'm still waiting for the last 2 boxes. Quality has definitely gone down hill so I intend to cancel my subscription. Because I'm literally paying for nothing at this stage. It's such a shame. I'd rather use my hard earned money to sign up to something reliable.

I’m so sad but the quality has gone downhill, they’re now cheap, thin jumpers that are very tight on the hips, thin scratchy material and no logo on them anymore.

The colour is way off compared to online. They used to be beautiful, slightly fleecy lined, soft, slightly oversized and TIRED was a fabric - now they’re just a cheap vinyl print that u can get any small business on Instagram to whack on for you.

Really shoddy goods since you’ve obviously switched suppliers - website not been updated to reflect the new colours as you’re still displaying the pastel lilac and pink jump as if you still sell this product which you don’t.

I use this company often for gifts, mamas are always over the moon.
