Great product
Love my hoodie.
So comfortable and warm.
All my friends loved it especially the cowl neck.
Delivery was fast too.

I received the jacket in amazing time and it was lovingly packed. I absolutely love it! It’s a nice smart water proof jacket. It keeps me warm and I have done the water proof test in a full rain shower while walking my dogs, I had not one drop of water on my clothes. I can’t tell you how many times I have been asked what TTMC means which shows it’s grabbing people’s attention. I highly recommend.

I am so pleased with the quality and fit of my hoody. Will definitely be back for more 😊

I have been trying to cancel my subscription for some time and I have not heard from anyone.

Never got my order. Got my first email confirmation and money was taken out my account. Emailed to ask about where my order was and if it is close to dispatch and got no reply.

The order process was very easy and straight forward. I was very pleased to find the item I purchased as it was exactly what I was looking for and better than most of the other shops I looked in which were all very similar. The delivery was a lot longer than I expected (hence dropping a star) but I eventually received the item and am very happy with it.

I have not got my item ordered over a month ago

I am still waiting for my order which has now been over a month!

The quality is ok

Jumpers are good but tshirts aren't- also the monthly boxes aren't worth there money I thought it would be pre released styles but seems some times they have to make stuff to go in

I used to result love this company but I must say after months of payments being taken to get such an awful VIP box worth nothing and such poor cheap quality I’m shocked. It’s almost impossible to get hold of anyone either! It’d be better if they went out with a bang than go out with such negative reviews it’s really sad

Just received August's VIP box.
No note. No apology for it being late.
No Tired Mama logo label on the jumper which is odd.
Jumper odd fit and very tight on hips?!
No communication acknowledging the delay, which I'd be very understanding of, if there was a reason for this (as a small business owner too I get delays and things happen).
All in all, very disappointed = VIP subscription cancelled. Definitely not feeling like a VIP!
Not sure what's gone wrong here as they were always so fab, but I am so sad to say that this last 12 months the service and quality of the product has deteriorated.

I have spent A lot of money with this company and yes things have gone wrong sometimes but it was always sorted and customer service was always fantastic. After receiving the last VIP box late a card was inside apologising and saying that the August box was being made priority and nearly ready but here we are nearly in November and nothing has came. I have sent several messages with a reply “in the next few weeks” and finally one this week to chase up again with just a snidey reply of “yes”

I’m so sad to be paying for a service we aren’t receiving. And just being fobbed off when asking where the items are that we have payed for.

Registered in July and thought I’d treat myself to the vip box every three months delivery, I’ve now made 5 payments and not one box has been sent to me!! Had to email and message 8 time to get a response on all platforms I could, Facebook insta and what’s app, they’re “awaiting stock” with still no actual date of being resolved - poor customer service & no contact - not at all happy - avoid!

Still waiting for my order which was placed 26th September 22 it is now 17th oct 22 and still no email to inform me if my order has been dispatched, if it ever arrives I will not be making any further orders, I feel 14 working days is more than enough time to fulfill an order.

Tired mama have failed to deliver an item of clothing within the 14 day period advertised. Their automated chat tells me the order is awaiting fulfilment but I have found it impossible to find out if or when the item will be delivered. They do not respond to messages. I suggest you buy your clothes elsewhere!

I placed an order on 20 September and am still waiting for it to be shipped. I have emailed and had no response. Not good!!!!

As a regular customer, have to say I was a little disappointed with my order this time. It took over 4 weeks to arrive, and when it did arrive it’s not up to usual TTMC standard. It seems to be missing the label that all my other items have on the bottom left corner. I love the design, but it’s not quite as nice quality as all my other items. :(
