Everything was wrong with top villa…
Everything was wrong with top villa 2300 at reunion resorts: roaches in bedroom crawled in suitcase; water bugs in bathroom up and downstairs. Ghost ants all over bathroom vanity, refrigerator leaks makes no ice; very low water pressure; shower clogged up, only 1 towel per bathroom in the entire 10 be house. Very slow at responding if they even do at all after call after call about the roaches and bugs all over. Have to keep all luggage up higher and can’t put anything on the vanity. So basically my vacation is spent calling about a money pit house that drained my vacation, mad my kids sick from the disgusting roaches and no one is responding in any way at a place considered a “top” villas

With regard to the concerns about insects, the Property Manager did arrange for a licensed pest control company to attend the home to inspect for and address any pest activity reported. The pest control team were not able to confirm the presence of pests during their visit, nevertheless they treated the interior of the home for pests as a precautionary measure.
While we make every effort to maintain our homes to a high standard, Florida's subtropical climate means that insects can occasionally find their way indoors despite preventative treatments and ongoing pest management measures.
The pest control team did attend a second time and treated the exterior of the property, as a further precautionary measure. We are therefore under the impression that this matter has now been resolved.

We recently stayed at a property…
We recently stayed at a property managed by Top Villas (Reunion Resort 394). While the house itself was nicely laid out and had potential, unfortunately the overall cleanliness and maintenance were disappointing. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, the pool was never cleaned during our stay, and the house was noticeably dusty throughout. The carpet was also stained and dirty in multiple areas, which made the home feel less clean overall. We also found that not all mattresses and pillows had bed bug protectors, which was concerning. Additionally, there was visible mold on the tile in the master bathroom.
I also wish it had been made clearer in the listing that the home was spread across 3 levels with a tremendous amount of stairs. The laundry room was located in a separate building across the courtyard, which was very inconvenient, especially since guests are expected to carry all bedding and towels back and forth to do laundry.
We notified Top Villas about these issues during our stay but never received a response back, which was frustrating. Hopefully they address these concerns, hire a better cleaning crew, and get the property properly maintained for future guests.
One additional thing to note — the construction traffic in the area made getting onto the interstate extremely difficult and time consuming.

All of our homes are subject to a professional housekeeping service and inspection prior to each guest’s arrival to help ensure a consistent standard of cleanliness. However, I apologise for any disappointment caused by the cleaning service provided on this occasion.
With regards to the stairs in the home, the photographs of this property on our website do clearly show that it is a 3 storey home, which would indicate a layout involving multiple levels and staircases. Nevertheless, we apologise sincerely for any disappointment caused by the stairs in the home.
Whilst we regret any disruption caused by interstate construction traffic, we hope you will appreciate that public roadworks are not under our control.
We have been unable to locate any correspondence (from the email address associated with your booking) reporting these matters to us during your stay.
However, we would appreciate the opportunity to discuss your experience further, so a member of our team will be reaching out to you today to resolve this matter to your satisfaction.
