Successful booking but my wishes for site to make it better

Its a great site to see what is available in a specific city or area. Once I found a community resort I liked, I couldn't just look at available units in that community. Then once I found one but kept looking I couldn't easily go back to the one I liked. I wish layout pictures were larger to see. More details regarding any out of pocket once at the resort like extra resort fees, parking availability, etc. I booked one at that was a success story can't wait to go on vacation with the family.

We also appreciate you highlighting areas where we can improve. Your comments about browsing within a specific community, easily returning to previously viewed units, and having larger layout images are incredibly helpful. For future searches, we do have a “favourite” feature that allows you to save homes you like so you can easily return to them later.

Regarding costs, once you’ve entered your reservation dates on a specific home, there is a “see breakdown” button that provides a detailed summary of all costs associated with your stay. I hope this helps, but we'll continue working to make this even more visible and easy to find.

At Your Fingertips

The website was easy to understand and having all the information available to make a decision on the rental home saves time and energy. We were glad to have all the expectations, pricing, deposit and final payment dates available, which takes the guessing or stress out of making sure everything is taken care of.

Misunderstanding that was cleared to be a positive outcome

So after a misunderstanding from the property, everything was cleared up and the property is available after all. I really appreciate everyone that assistance in making everything better and really assistance in making sure we were pleased with the outcome and was able to stay at the location we picked out. Helpfull and efficient assistance

I had a really positive experience with Top Villas once again. Leeza Medinilla was super patient and efficient helping us finding the best deals.

We just visited the beautiful Sonoma

We just visited the beautiful Sonoma, California last week and stayed in the Sonoma Skyhouse. The house we saw online was not exactly what we experienced... unfortunately disappointing. While the property itself has potential and is clearly designed to offer a relaxing, upscale experience, we weren’t able to enjoy some of its key amenities. The pool, which was one of the main features we were looking forward to, was not usable during our stay, which was a major letdown. It was filthy, had debris on top and bottom of pool, dead bugs and looked like lake water. In addition, it was supposed to be heated but was an icebox.

More concerning, however, was an issue with cleanliness and maintenance. We experienced ants falling from the ceiling inside the property, which made it difficult to feel comfortable or at ease. We could not utilized the family room as the ants were all over the couch... This was unexpected and significantly impacted our overall impression of the space.

We had hoped for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway, but between the lack of access to amenities and the pest issue, the experience did not meet expectations. I would not recommend the Sonoma Skyhouse....

Unusual issue, eventually handled-just not quickly

I recently stayed at this rental and overall had a decent experience, but there was an issue during my stay that I feel is worth noting. One of the major features of the room—a mattress—was missing, which understandably caused significant inconvenience.

When we brought this to the staff’s attention, the situation became more complicated than expected. At one point, we were accused of removing the mattress ourselves, which led to a very uncomfortable situation and ultimately required police involvement to resolve the misunderstanding.

While the staff did acknowledge the issue, the initial resolution offered was only $10, which did not feel appropriate given the circumstances. It also took about two weeks for the matter to be fully resolved with a partial refund promised. I do appreciate that it was eventually handled, but the delay and initial response could have been managed much better.

That said, the staff handling everything afterwards remained polite, and the rental itself has potential. With clearer communication and quicker, more reasonable responses to serious concerns, this could be a much better experience for future  guests
