I have been dealing with the (TOY SCAVENGER.)for a few years now and I’ve always had great customer service, and enjoy placing orders with them as the items I ordered are always packed extremely well, which as a collector of retro and modern toys this is a must to help keep the items that I ordered get to me in great condition, another thing that I really like is That they always seem to manage to find not only well known toys such Star Wars, He-man, and Transformers but they also find lesser known toys including toys that I never even knew existed or completely forgotten about, so I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is interested in collecting retro toys.👍

Company is great! Item was good value and in good condition. Very pleased!

Delivery however (Yodel) - nightmare. Failed to deliver first time (didn't ring bell, didn't knock, didn't phone). No info on what do beyond "contact by webchat" which never answered. Did require handover of a bunch of personal data (or "download our app"!). Sent out again two days later - no ETA beyond "there are 25 deliveries ahead of you" countdown (arrived 5pm). Good packing saved the item but exterior of box looked battered.

We sold some of my sons old (1980’s) toys to Paul rather than go through the hassle of EBay. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and gave us a good price. He was also very flexible about cash v bacs payment although in the end we used bacs which we received immediately. I would certainly recommend using him to sell stuff.
