Bought a car just over two weeks ago…

Bought a car just over two weeks ago and had an issue with it a week into having it. Booked in with the after sales team who have now had it for 4 days all the while telling me upon drop off that it should be fixed the same day. I have since been lied to and told that the part was there yesterday morning and someone else called me in the evening to say that it has not yet arrived at the garage. I am a nurse working 12 hour shifts and cannot get to work easily as it is a 40 minute drive away. This has resulted in me paying over £70 in taxi and public transport fees which is not ideal. There is also no direct phone number to contact the team which has resulted in me waiting hours for phone calls whilst at work. I have also been told that I am on the wait list for a courtesy car which I have still not had. I have been told there is none in stock which makes me wonder how many other people who have bought cars there are in the same position.

Worst car showroom in the whole world and I come from india

Only putting this as 1 cause I cant give a -100

They sell broken cars and the mechanics don't know anything about cars
when the product they sell is bad and then the sales sell them like its a car made in heaven ... still suffering with a bad car we bought....

A bloody joke

Firstly customer service is a joke, these bellends do not know what customer is service or how to do their job.
For 3 days going round in circles and constantly repeating myself having authority on the account giving by a family member on their behalf to represent them, only to be told I hav no authority and acct holder has to call.
But authority for me was given 3 days prior and some so call handlers cannot grasp this simple fact.
A car purchased 3mths obtains a fault on dash within 2 weeks of purchase, car goes back in for checks, wrk carried out diagnostic done and car given back advising should be ok.
2mths on same fault appears along with a new fault and then engine management light on, car is within the consumer rights act and within 6mths of still being protected by law to go back in and get checked. These muppets refusing to get the car in and want customer to go to a vat reg garage pay for a report and then send over to look at and then decide what to do.
As car is out 28days policy this company seems to think it’s 28 day policy is more important than the consumer rights act, after some investigation there is no policy by law that overrules the consumer rights act.
No warranty taken out on the car as at time was to expensive and guarante was only 28days.
Nether the less car still falls with the consumer rights act if anything happens within 6mths dealership should take it in and have a look.
Managers, staff and company totally useless and not willing to help, very bad communication and customer service.
Trading standards have been informed case being built up ready for when court date appears.
Car is not road worthy and not satisfactory to drive.
Manger dull as a wet puddle cannot understand it’s the same issue along with new issues and willing to take action whilst no help to the customer, no courtesy car provided, not willing to pay for hire car or taxis and customer left with nothing.
AVOID THIS COWBOY COMPANY
Never go to this company for a car.

I bought a Land Rover discovery five…

I bought a Land Rover discovery five coming up 5 months ago when I drove it home windows went they fixed faulty back lights they fixed then the car all suspension and communication so the car was driving awful I they had the back car for a few weeks before it was sorted then they had it back for a few weeks provided me with a higher car. They done the time belts as they were overdue then I had the car back and I had a full service, which I found out the brake lines were overdue so I had them done when the garage was doing the service. They found the crank seal was leaking which can can happen when doing the timing belts when I contacted the company. The mechanic was rude. Going on about three months warranty Was up but I was contacting them about the recent work they done the mechanic didn’t wanna know the dealership. I have phoned them on a few occasions and left messages for Matt which chooses not to get back to me very disappointed as when they selling you a car, they wanna know but after don’t wanna know just want everybody to know that they are just the same as any other dealer but what a shame I will be going to trading standards I have try to resolve it with this company but they don’t wanna know it’s a shame of something small like this. Let’s say companies down very poor communication.

Went to Trade Centre Wales today

Went to Trade Centre Wales today, with my husband and son. We started off being greeted by a lovely guy called Corey. He was fantastic. Overall experience very good 4* as it says we would be an hour and we were in there 3. I didn't mind as we were kept informed at all times and they were very efficient. Thank you, Corey and team, for a lovely experience 😊

From start to finish totally shocking

From start to finish including a mis sold warranty it has been an experience that I would not wish on anyone.

Went to the site and straight away got approched before even getting in the door by salesmen had a wonder about shadowed by the sales man at every point finally manged to pick out a 2019 Suzuki swift for my wife after having a good look around the car we did the deed and arranged collection for 3 days time apparently they had to check it all over first before collection, we took out the EmAc warranty on the vehicle, I asked the sales rep was it a warranty that could be cancelled at ANY TIME I was told YES even if it runs for 6 months I can cancel at any time, this was a lie as it is a fully binding 12 month contract not run by Trade center Wales but by a third party. But the other details about that mess are at the end of this review.
Upon collecting the vehicle and me being a greese monkey by trade I had a little look around only to find the service book had not been stamped the pollen air filter and engine air filter had not been changed the oil filter was dirty on the outside which means it was old and was full of dust and debris and the brakes felt weird on the car very very sharp to use to the extent that if you hit them hard IT WOULD put you through the windscreen.

1 week later the front shock spring snapped on it and left the vehicle unusable so it was collected and returned to Trade center wales where it took them 4 weeks to find a spring for the strut and I even sourced that for them from a Suzuki main dealer.
I also mentined the brakes to them being sharp and they said they would have a look for us and not to worry.
The car was then collected by ourselves and taken home brakes still the same. around 2 months later the weather warmed up and we turned on the air con only to find out it didnt work, we booked the car into our local Suzuki dealer ship to have it checked as investigation of faults wasnt covered under the warranty, £98 for the pleasure of finding the fault, we where informed by Suzuki the main cooler on the front had a split weld and they would contact Emac warranties for us and get it sorted, easier said than done Emac dug their heels in and refused to pay up even though Suzuki confirmed it was a manufacturing part that had failed so after about a week of Suzuki fighting them on our behalf Emac gave in and coughed up for the cooler.

While the car was in having the cooler done Suzuki checked the brakes for us and found that the back brakes where incorrectly adjusted and that was the issue, since they adjusted them correctly the car has been absolutly fine to drive

So when you take out a warranty Trade center claim you can use any VAT registered garage for all warranty, service and MOT work this is not the case you can only use Halfords for services and if you take it to a main dealer they will kick off more than likely because of the cost

Also as we found out when the major service arrived and we rang Emac to confirm Suzuki could do it, Emac said NO only Halfords and if we wanted it serviced at Suzuki we had to pay for it ourselves, great £550 out of our pocket BUT we now have a fully backed warranty from Suzuki thrown in with the service.

So as you can imagine with being watched from the time we entered the site and prussured to buying, to the purchase of a waranty that is basically useless and not worth the paper it is written on to the car breaking down to being lied too about the terms of the warranty and then having to pay for a major service ourselves and other fault finding costs we are not at all happy with the experience and have to date put alot of people off buying from them.

I hope deep down you have finished reading this as I would seriously suggest going elsewhere for a car if your buying.

I also hope the trade center read this and contact me as I really have a few suggestions for them to make the business better and also train their staff on the actual products they sell.

Drive away in a hour, Not.

Drive away in a hour? Over four hours waiting , and when I went to find out what was going on the young lad was serving someone else.
Car had new mats, but wasn't there when I picked it up . Never noticed at the time .
Wanted 3 Yr finance, came back with a 5yr plane. Waited so long I just agreed.
Car is great, though.

Cars are polished turds

Cars are polished turds! Car was owned for few weeks and head gasket went. The issue is more to do with the aftersales service as they make vulnerable people sign a form, which is not clear and transparent, that waivers your rights to your consumer rights and they also refuse to abide by consumer rights for refund and replacements. DO NOT SIGN THE FORM FOR REPAIRS and even better for you AVOID this company at all costs. Abercynon branch.
