Overall good experience, the only downfall was that the woman who sold me the car said it would only take an hour when it actually took 4+. Other than that happy with my car

We found everyone at the Trade Centre very helpful. The choice of cars was more than adequate. This is our third car from the Trade Centre and, to-date, we have been extremely happy with all three.

Had bought a car from Trade Centre Abercynon previously and had no problems. So went back on this occasion to purchase a vehicle at the Merthyr branch. You feel like you're playing musical chairs but the staff were nice and I bought a car and drove it away within the hour. However, despite being a second-hand dealer, I was not impressed that 2 days later I had an engine management problem that made my car dangerous to drive on motorways. I phoned the centre hoping they would be accommodating to book me in immediately to get it repaired. If I hadn't put my foot down I would have had to wait a month!!!! Covid or not this service is not acceptable. I shouldn't have to suffer and wait because you didn't do your checks correctly. Especially having problems after having the car for 48hours. Will be looking elsewhere in future for future car needs.

Came to Trade Centre Wales on the 15th of Novemeber and was served by a young lad called Dylan. He was extremely helpful with giving us info on cars and wasnt too pushy in any direction and gave me a great deal!! Excellent service!!

Yet another fantastic deal with the trade centre wales Merthyr branch. The staff was fantastic and really helpful and went above and beyond to still give me a fantastic deal despite the engine letting go on my car I was in as part exchange on my way to pick my new one up. Cheers guys I’ll expect I’ll see you in a couple of year for car number 7.

Fast, friendly and efficient. Connor was an excellent salesman who really listened to what we needed and was speedy in showing us our options. Very knowledgeable and gave practical advice. Very happy with the service.
