Excellent service overall

Excellent service overall. Really happy with anything and how the sales person assisted me. Met my needs, I was very fussy and they were very understandable to my preference. Just needs AC in the building to make it less physically uncomfortable. Other than that all good!

AWFUL. you will regret it

I’ve been protesting today and yesterday outside of trade centre wales Neath to get a rejection on my car

Nothing has been done only an offer to repair all of the faults on it so that we stop the protest as it’s ’making The company and showroom look bad’ as said by the manager (So they’re admitting it has got faults) I declined as I want a rejection only

Here’s the timeline of my vehicle and what’s gone wrong:
Purchased the car on the 4th of April 2025

6th April2025: woke up to left front tyre completely flat
Whilst in for repairs from trade centre wales they did the following:
-stated brakes were working as they should, but they noticed the rear discs and pads were worn so they supposedly replaced them
-They carried out a full valet
-Replaced alloy wheel and the punctured tyre
-O/S vent

The car was handed back to me on April 24th 2025.
(Yes it took them 18 days!)
The car was working ok from April 24th-November 2025 during the summer months and dry weather (7 months)

From Oct-Nov the drivers side footwell would FILL up with water whenever it would rain
Nov 25th: called AA out to start up the vehicle as the battery was completely drained (we believe from the water ingress)
Once the AA had successfully started up the vehicle we then drove it to Ammanford Autos garage to be looked at and hopefully fixed due to the water ingress

On the 13th of January we went to collect the vehicle after being told the garage couldn’t find the source of the water ingress but it was clear it did have water ingress and mould, he then advised us to take it back to TCW
So on the 13th of January, the garage then kindly jump started the vehicle for us and we drove it up to TCW where we were told by after sales that it was ‘our problem’ and we ‘needed to start taking responsibility for our own things’.
They then agreed that water ingress was noticeable as well as the mould and hesitantly agreed to give me a ‘brand new battery’ and a ‘full valet’ although mould was still visible after collecting it and is still visible to this day.

On the morning of Feb 3rd (so not even a month later) I was on my way to work I was 31 weeks pregnant the vehicle came to a complete stop on a hill, all lights lit up on the dashboard ‘brakes failed, engine failed etc…
It was a traumatic experience, especially being pregnant. The AA was once again called out, 2 auxillery belts were removed as they were damaged, the ‘brand new battery’ I was given less than a month prior had once again died and had to be charged via the AA van via jump leads, they they followed us to One stop check garage in Ammanford where the vehicle was left to be looked at

When collecting the vehicle on Feb the 20th we payed £338.70 for new belts and had to get the garage to once again jumpstart the vehicle for us due to the battery once again being completely flat.
The A/C also broke during this breakdown and is still broken as we couldn’t afford to fix it as well as the brand new belts.

On the 16th of April (not even 2 months later) I went to a drive through and rolled down the drivers side window to order and collect my drink. Once this was done I went to roll my window back up, it completely broke and wouldn’t roll back up, and hasn’t since. My partner had to unscrew the inside door frame off and get the window back up, It’s currently being held up by cardboard.

March 26th I went into glangwili hospital to have a C section. From then, I was unable to drive for 6 weeks due to my c section
On May the 7th I went to start my car up to drive it for the first time in 6 weeks due to having a c section. It wouldn’t start
Once AGAIN , the AA was called out and had to jumpstart the vehicle for us to drive it.

The vehicle then worked from May 7th-July 15th so just over 2 months, we had to drive the vehicle everyday to ensure it would start the next day. We’ve come to learn If this vehicle isn’t driven for a day, It will not start the next.
On July 15th the vehicle hadn’t been driven for 2 days prior to this, so the battery had once again died, the AA was called out once again on July 15th and was jumpstarted, the battery was also tested, charging system was also tested for electrical drains. The battery was found to be ‘unavailable’ as the AA report states. It has been advised by the AA to be replaced ASAP. Tested charging ok at 13.7 volts and 4 amps.
