Ordered for my disabled granddaughter who's almost 4 but very tall, and the buggy is absolutely perfect.Best posture and foot rest she's had, and she's had a few 🙈The company and customer service are amazing. Highly recommend. Mega fast delivery too!

Amazing service – perfect for our needs!
We ordered an ASC pushchair for our son and couldn’t be happier with both the product and the service. As we’re going away very soon, timing was really important to us, and they delivered it the very next day which was such a relief!
Communication was brilliant from start to finish – we were kept updated throughout and felt really reassured with the whole process.
The pushchair itself is exactly what we needed for our son’s needs, and it’s going to make travelling so much easier and more comfortable for him.

This company is absolutely amazing! The customer service I received was beyond anything I’ve ever received anywhere! They are so kind and understanding and try to resolve any issues instantly. Due to the courier being late, they refunded me the postage and then the courier damaged some of my items. This company send out replacements and I received them the next day! Would 100000% recommend

The buggy is of a good quality
The buggy is of a good quality. Unfortunately the Buggy canopy arrived bent but a new one was soon sent.
We ordered separately a buggy insert but the canopy tracker was allocated to the insert and item was not delivered. However, the item was sent out straight as soon as reported missing.
The reason of this five stars review is because as soon as I called the matter was handled efficiently and promptly, the item met its specifications and good value for the money we've paid.

We recently purchased the Neo Travel buggy and then the seat liner. I rang to speak to the team at travel buggy company as I had a few questions before purchasing. The person I spoke to was extremely helpful and answered all my questions and delivery was so quick even though they explained they were just getting through the Christmas orders. Buggy is great just what we needed for our 6 year old. Would definately recommend this company.
