Had a terrible time on the official Indian website trying to get visas (kept crashing) and didn't have any faith that we would get them in time for our holiday. Then went to The Travel Visa Company website and it was a doddle, received the visas within 7 days.

All through the process, help was easily available. I had regular phone calls and updates from The Travel Visa company, communication was first class. I had a particular situation whereby I was travelling up until 3 weeks before I was leaving for China. The Travel Visa Company talked me through the process of completing my paperwork 3 months in advance and sending it to them for processing, so that all I had to do on my return from last trip was to post my passport to The Travel Visa Company. It made , what could have been a difficult application, very easy. Highly recommended. I have used The Travel Visa Company for visas to go to India and China and it is well worth the financial investment.

Tried Travel Visa Company for the first time and was not disappointed, answered all our questions clearly. Helped with some difficulties of my own trying to down loading stuff that became an issue for me on my computer. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing a visa to the USA etc.

The India visa was an absolute nightmare on line. Full of glitches and just impossible ( I am computer savvy and very capable of applying for visas) but this was impossible. Contacted the company and easily completed the application form. Photos were easy to upload. The agent who dealt with us asked for some different photos which were easily uploaded. Same agent contacted us throughout and visa arrived after a few days. Questions were answered quickly by e mail reply. Would recommend this company.
