Avoid at all costs! - minus stars should be an option
I can't say too much due to a pending court case but do not buy from this company - Sizing is terrible, Quality is terrible and the Ai customer service is even worse. They are drop shippers with multiple companies registered who will take your money and run - 1 star is too many.

Bought and paid for 2 pairs. Arrived after a while and didn't fit. After back and forth eventually got return details, sent them back asking for next size up. Nothing since, the whole company is run off AI system, can't speak to anybody. The trousers are very poorly made and the company is a shower of sh*t

Faulty/ poor quality and refund issues
I bought 2 pairs of trousers and a belt from Truetailor. The belt broke immediately with a spring falling out and the black pair of trousers had a seam give way within 2 days. Asked to return the goods and was told as I'd worn the 1 pair I couldn't have a refund. Reminded them of the Consumer Trade Act 2015 and they've gone silent. It's now in the hands of the credit card company

I got the 2 for 1 offer on trousers and…
I got the 2 for 1 offer on trousers and needless to say I am over the moon with the products. Very comfortable and stretchy which was exactly what I was looking for. I also got the knee pads and belt which go perfectly for the working environment I am in. (HGV Mechanic)

poor customer service and delivery
start with delivery was very slow i opened one pair and started to wear them they didnt last 20 days before zip went and trouser ripped then i opened the other pair and the pocket has a large hole in it the company says it replacing one pair but still waiting andthey are not intrested in other one. Would avoid as not what is advertised
