Bought some trousers and belts, can’t get most of them over my calf and trying to return them is unbelievably frustrating, they just keep coming up with excuses and options not to take them back

My experience with True Tailor has been profoundly unsatisfactory and raises significant concerns about the company’s operational standards and commitment to basic consumer rights.

I ordered two pairs of trousers based on assurances of quality and professionalism. Instead, the order was sent to an entirely incorrect address, and despite immediate notification, True Tailor refused to take the necessary steps to correct their own error. The courier confirmed that only the sender could amend the delivery details, yet the company declined to act, demonstrating a clear unwillingness to resolve an issue of their own making.

When the items eventually reached me, both pairs were ill‑fitting, falling far short of the company’s claims regarding accurate tailoring and quality control.

Since then, I have made repeated attempts to contact True Tailor to arrange a lawful return and refund. Every email has been ignored. This complete lack of engagement is unacceptable and suggests a disregard for customer obligations and statutory responsibilities.

True Tailor’s conduct reflects systemic failures in customer service, accountability, and product reliability. Their refusal to address legitimate concerns or even acknowledge correspondence is deeply concerning. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company and strongly caution others to consider these issues before placing an order.

Absolutely dreadful experience from start to finish.

The delivery took far longer than expected, communication was poor, and when the product finally arrived the quality was shockingly bad. The item looks and feels extremely cheap, with very poor finishing and no real quality control. It is nowhere near the standard shown in the photos or description.

I work in a professional trade environment and this is simply not something you could seriously use or recommend to anyone expecting decent equipment.

Honestly, based on the quality I received, I genuinely struggle to understand the positive reviews that are online because the product I received was nowhere near the standard those reviews describe.

The whole experience has been frustrating and disappointing, and I am now trying to return the item and get a full refund.

I would strongly advise people to think carefully before ordering from this company.

The products are very poorly made the zipper barely worked to unzip to try on out of the package. So I emailed asking for the return address and refund. Their return options are a scam exchange or one item from your purchase ordered 5 items keep the products and receive a 30% refund or send them back and have store credit. None of those options were acceptable so I asked for the return address again. This was shipped out of TX USA they want you to return it to the United Kingdom at a base rate or 45$ so they want me to take a bath for their piss poor quality. I will go out of my way to recommend everyone I know in the trades looking for good gear to stay far away from this scam. Should be able to give 0 stars for this kinda nonsense

Bought three pairs of work trousers. They took too long to arrive in truth. They are comfortable and a good fit. However, within 2 months a zip broke. I contacted True Tailor, and said I need to return one pair, but I would like to buy 2 more. Despite sending a photo, and saying it was after 2 months, they asked me to send a picture, and a picture of the packaging. I advised I had sent a picture already and I did not have the packaging any more (obviously!).They refused to accept any return. As such, they have lost my business forever, and I certainly won't buy 2 more. They are worn once a week, so maximum worn 8 times.

Order process was decent, and the product seems good but I’ve only had them for a week. The trousers are comfortable to wear.

What can I say, its been 5 days of wearing my new trousers, and the are exactly as described, they are extremely comfortable, I do recommend size up, i did get a Medium and large just to see. Large is perfect for work and the Medium will be perfect just for walks etc. So I'm very happy on both sizes.

Only one suggestion is to have a a zip back pocket for the old wallet, apart from that I will not buy any other from now on.

Utter garbage, not as advertised at all avoid at all costs!
Contacted customer services to be told I have to pay to return them or get small percentage refund.
They are not fit for purpose at all, please avoid at all costs and save your money.
Feel totally scammed by the marketing, dont even come branded or in any proper packaging.
Also shipping took 4 weeks.
All in all a complete and utter waste of money and time trying to get a refund.
The sooner they go out of business the better so nobody else gets caught.

Waited 4 weeks for them to arrive. They arrived today and the quality is what I’d expect from Temu. Poor quality material

Unfortunately I would give them no stars if I could I purchased a pair of trousers that didn’t fit. The sizing is terrible. They then offered me store credit so as they don’t give you your money back so I ordered a jacket which again I ordered much bigger because the sizing is rubbish as it turns out that didn’t fit either, and now they’re telling me I can’t have a refund because I used store credit and I’m now stuck with a useless sub standard jacket and 60 quid out-of-pocket what a load rubbish,

Order 3 pairs if biege on a promotion to try them out. Actual comfort, flexibility and fit are ok. However, had to wait almost a month for delivery, 2 of the zips broke in the first week, and they do retain water, dispersing only very minor splashes. Stitching starting to go in the groin area already on one pair, luckily, my better half handy with a needle and relplced the zips and repaired tne hole. Emailed support when yje zips failed, and only got a thank you for the feed back. Will not but again.

The shipping was pretty quick to the west coast of USA. The pants are a perfect fit when you size up. They are thin breathable material. Many pockets which do come in handy. They will be my go to when temperatures exceed 80+ very flexible when squatting or bending down. The quality is really nice.

Avoid at all cost. They do not accept returns / refunds. I waited 3 weeks for my order to come and when it did arrive, it was far too late and unfortunately the sizing was not the best for me either, when I got in contact to return for refund they strung me along for weeks and kept ignoring me. Avoid if you do not want to be disappointed.

Good service product is slightly under sized

Nice lightweight trouser , pockets smaller than other makes . Hard to get iPhone or wallet in and out . Very comfortable to wear for 8/9 hours . Delivery was 9 days but it’s coming overseas and passing customs . Next time I will go up a size in measurement .
