Had a great service from Kelly Harman, who was helpful and attentive throughout. Would highly recommend for anyone looking at investing.

I was invited to Unique’s head office to discuss their investment opportunities. I sat with Kelly Harman, who presented the scheme as a “100% secure and ethical investment,” with clear assurances that my capital was safe. Based on that, I invested all my savings . I thought instead of keeping money sitting in the bank earning no interest, I’d put it to work. I was so wrong.

What followed several months later was a complete breakdown of transparency and trust. I received vague updates, constantly shifting timelines, and eventually no meaningful communication at all. I requested a refund of my capital weeks before any so-called “liquidity issues” were raised, and was met only with stalling and evasion.

I’ve since learned of extremely concerning financial behaviour within the company, including excessive personal spending by the founder during the period of my investment. As of 25 July 2025, the company has entered administration, and I’m now left chasing the return of my capital through legal and regulatory channels.

I’m sharing this to warn others: don’t be misled by polished presentations or false assurances. I’ve learned a hard and expensive lesson, and I hope this helps someone else avoid the same.

Surprise surprise the investments "backed by Government" has been busted. Better said backed by no one, as it might seems they took all the hard earned money from all the Investors and went somewhere else. Do not invest with this company, as it is clearly nothing classified as reliable and trustworthy.

Payments all being received as scheduled! Kelly ensured all the information I requested prior to investing was readily supplied and my investment was processed efficiently. Easy to contact to answer any queries. Will invest further.

Ethan was great throughout the whole process. The money arrives on the correct date each month and there have been no complications. Would definitely consider other investments and would recommend to others.

I came across UPG while scouring the net looking for my next investment opportunity. Naturally at first I was very sceptical, but reached out anyway. Mae Woollard got in touch with me and answered all questions that I had, and also sent me all information documentation that I asked for so as to be more clued in to the company’s business model ect. After a few days of doing some due diligence, I got back in touch with Mae and went ahead with a contract. From therein I was then sent all the documents I needed by Em, closed the deal and received the first payment in to my account on the 28th of Feb exactly as per stated on the contract.

Both Mae and Em conducted themselves in the utmost professional manner and represented UPG perfectly. I will be doing more business with the company in the future that is for sure!

The advisor Jake S.explained things very well and at no point was pushy at all, he was sensitive to the needs of a vulnerable person (i am almost clear from stage 4 cancer) and gave me plenty of time to mull over the information and digest it. He also allowed me to contact previous investors to hear of their experiences. Whenever I needed clarity he took the extra time to explain in simple plain english. I was afforded the very best customer service and am extremely happy with the advisor, advice and the investment thus far.

I first came across UPG on socials and from the first instance, the company's operations has pulled me in from what I could see from them. Honestly, I arranged a call-back with an advisor and there was the lovely Mae Wollard!!! We spoke a few times, explained everything that I asked, and honestly felt so right to me that I have found an amazing opportunity here with a proper company out there who mean what they say and most definitely back it up too.

I invested 4 weeks ago and my first payment was due to me on the 28th Feb, and to my excitement have received my payment on time and am looking forward to a nice long relationship with. Can't wait to re-invest again I am already raising the funds now to go again!!

Just received my payment of £577 yesterday. Just very excited.

Harry Robson was outstanding. From the very first contact up until investment he was always there at the end of the phone. Totally human approach. Never once did I feel like he was a salesman but rather that I was doing an investment that is beneficial to all. I have been looking for a company like this for a while. Most are faceless, never call back or hound you. My experience with Harry- who agreed a call on a SUNDAY to take me through everything was great. I got cold feet and pulled out for a bit, but he got back in touch as agreed and just said (something along the lines of)- 'You need to feel 100% comfortable with this and at the end of the day its up to you to decide, I'm not here to push you into it' before letting me ponder for a few more weeks.

Not sure why, but that was enough (alongside all my company checks) for me to take a risk. Harry's communication has been great, he has answered all my questions and after receiving my first payment I'm looking forward to many more.

I am very impressed with the investment returns that the TUPI Group is able to offer. Their process is very streamlined and staff are very professional. In particular, Mae was very helpful and her articulation of the investment process and risk management framework around it was what convinced me to pull the trigger. Highly recommend.
