Been an investor from earlier this year and although I invested into a third party Relion Group which is beyond Unique’s control Christian and co are doing their best to resolve the issue and have investors paid all of their capital back even though they never received the invested sums. This is unheard of in the property world.

Communication from the team is always great keeping investor fully informed.

I had the pleasure of working with The Unique Property Group, a rent-to-rent/social housing investment property company recently, and I must say, they've truly set a new standard in the industry. What stood out to me the most was their unwavering commitment to transparency and ethical practices, which is a breath of fresh air in an industry that has often been marred by controversy.

Sure this company is learning difficult lessons along the way. When a third party company failed to deliver on their promises leaving investors in a potentially dire situation, the way in which Unique stepped up in order to protect their investors and reputation was remarkable. The newly appointed CEO (Christian Woollard) with his commitment to ethical business practices reacted fast taking legal advice at great expense to his company in order to protect his investors and their capital. This man always has time to take my calls and emails and respond with proactive solutions.

I do not hesitate to recommend the Unique Property group to investors looking to diversify into this exciting and developing sector. I believe this company has an extremely bright outlook and very much look forward to working with them again!

I have been trying for a while to get into R2R SA for a while but just couldn’t get around to it. After speaking to Unique, I was quickly drawn by their approach and professionalism and signed up to a 3 deal package and the Social Housing investment to test the waters. I can say it’s been a great decision so far as I have just had a 12 month booking LOCKED down on my first property and had the first payment come through on the Social Housing investment. I will definitely be getting more properties as they have shown they are more than capable of looking after their clients.

I've been looking at investing in R2RSA for circa 6-9 months, and reviewed multiple companies offering the same services etc...

This review is based on our experience with the team at Unique so far, we are currently awaiting our first property 'going live'.

As existing BTL & HMO investors we decided to add R2RSA as an additional revenue stream. We also decided that we would do this as our first 'hands off' branch of our business. As such, we spent lots of time researching many sourcing companies and individuals. Many were ruled out purely from desktop research. We then went on to speak with half a dozen companies before choosing Unique to source our first R2RSA unit.

Everyone we have spoken with at Unique has been thoroughly knowledgable, approachable, helpful and honest. They have offered sound advice and guidance when needed and I can honestly say how they have communicated with us has been fantastic.

Things don't always go to plan with property investing. Unique have dealt with problems (problems not of their making I must add) effectively, maintaining commuication throughout and supporting us in our decision making at relevant times.

It was particularly the thorough knowledge and communication of the team that had the biggest impact in our decision to sign a six-deal portfolio package with Unique.

If you are considering R2RSA as a new revenue stream or adding to existing R2RSA units within your portfolio then I would highly recommend contacting Unique. We are pessimistic and conservative as investors but from everything we have experienced so far, we honestly trust Unique and we like the team a lot!
