I paid for a 72hr unlock
I paid for a 72hr unlock. 72hrs later I was sent an email saying that it may take longer and that if I had read the fine print then I would have seen that it sometimes takes longer. So I waited . Two weeks passed, no unlock. I emailed them and they assured me they were working very hard . I waited another 7days . When I asked for a refund a week later they said No. I asked again they said we will give u half your money back . I said I wanted a full refund they said no . When I asked again and said I would report them I got a full refund and this email. Saying the following ” Best of luck to you, I have marked the card as fraud so cannot be used on our website again along with your email, stick with AT&T and fulfill their requirement. You just missed on your best shot to unlock the phone”. Now I’m no genius but this is not a professional way to speak to a customer you let down and denied their money back . Never again. Find someone else guys.

The order was placed on December 29th and asked for 20 additional business after the holiday weekend but 10 days later we were threatened so we refunded the purchase, sent reciept and insured no further orders could be processed. Our 1–72 hour timeframe is stated as an estimate, not a guarantee, and this is disclosed on the product page, FAQs, Terms & Conditions, and on the receipt provided at checkout. Unfortunately, AT&T has significantly tightened unlock access over the past several years, and some devices, despite active efforts, can exceed estimated timelines or become ineligible. If we cannot unlock unfortunately no one but AT&T can. I understand the frustration after trying only one company and unfortunately exploring other options will provide the same outcome and hopefully the same suggestions.
Regarding refunds: we do not deny refunds as a form of punishment or pressure but we also ask for time to help and allow us to exhaust all the options. In this specific case, a full refund was issued so you could try other options as you did not want us to continue working on unlocking the device. We are glad the financial portion was resolved. Any payment method restrictions that occur are standard fraud-prevention measures applied by our payment processors, typically triggered during disputes or chargeback discussions, and are not meant to be personal or retaliatory but to prevent future orders for chargeback risked clients that do not speak well to our employees.
That said, we acknowledge that the tone of the final communication referenced does not reflect the level of professionalism we strive for, and we regret that this added frustration rather than closing the matter on a better note.
We’ve been a family-owned business for over 15 years and have successfully unlocked millions of devices, but we also understand that when an unlock cannot be completed within expectations, it can be disappointing. We genuinely wish you the best moving forward and appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve.

They don't make the service and refuse to refund
I request for an unlocking service and i was informed that the service would take no more that one month and i wait more than 3 months but the company refused many times to process a refund after several attempts to request it.

But that was not the case, my phone was just a little bit more complicated than they usually are, and they really continued to put in the work to get the unlock code. After a nightmare with AT&T, these guys save the day!
It’s a little nerve-racking to give your phone details to a stranger, however, I am so pleased with the results! After paying off my phone with AT&T, because my account was linked to another person I could never unlock my phone. I went to the AT&T store twice and I was on hold with them for over 10 hours. No one could help me, they all said they could but no one actually could unlock my phone and separate the two accounts. It was maddening and there are quite a few tears! I’m so glad this company exist and it was easy to unlock my phone!
