My phone "died" suddenly
My phone "died" suddenly, without warning. I had a spare from Xfinity 2022 that was locked and never used. I visited their store three times this year, and it was never unlocked. Now that I HAD to have a phone, I looked for a company based in the USA and was impressed by the reviews for Theunlockingcompany. They did not disappoint! Within a few hours I was sent an unlocking code that worked! Wonderful, competent company, and I'm so very glad and appreciative for their help!!!

It worked, legit company
Contacted them via WhatsApp to check if they could unlock my Motorola Edge Plus 2023. I shared the IMEI number and they quickly confirmed it was possible, then sent clear payment instructions. After making the payment, I received the unlock details and was able to unlock my phone successfully. I was skeptical at first, but they turned out to be a legit company and the process was smooth.

Got 2* devices sorted
Got 2* devices sorted, 1 that I requested an unlock code but was actually unlocked ( my mistake as presumed that it was locked) and got refund almost immediately after they came back asking to check what error I am getting in the device ( that's when I realised that it was unlocked.)
And for 2nd device can't be more great fully as had another 4-5 attempt with different companies even 4 times the price that couldn't unlock it, but TUC unlocked it in about 3 days and very nicely followed back after they sent activation email ensuring everything is OK so 11/10 for this. Thanks a lot.

Unlocked phone was locked after installing a mint mobile SIM card. TUC unlocked my iPhone in about 2 days. Very reasonable fee compared to other unlocking companies. Recommended!

Unlocking my S25 Ultra on Xfinity
Unlocking my S25 Ultra on Xfinity. I'm still currently paying on my S25 on my Xfinity account but I regularly travel to my home country in the Philippines. In many parts of the Philippines different carriers have good or bad signal strengths so many people use dual carriers depending where they live. So the need to switch out Sim 1 of 2 on my S25 is needed. The problem is Xfinity and other carriers lock the SIMS. It makes no sense why many new phones have 2 SIM slots yet they can't even give you one open SIM for emergency use of a prepaid carrier. The fact is when you’re locked into a payment contract with a carrier, the phone is yours so why lock the network on the phones?
The Unlocking Company helped me get my cell unlocked. It takes a bit of tech know how because you need to navigate through some settings to get your phone in developer mode which is available. After payment you will need to get on their chat session and they will walk you through the process.
It wasn't bad but mostly I'm happy my phone is now accessible to use with any network if I have an emergency. Good company and thanks.
