Worst!!!!
Never received the product I ordered on December.
Scam!!!!!!

Dreadful experience with this company. Ordered a jumper on 13th Dec as a Christmas gift. It finally arrived on Feb 1st!!!!!! Really bad automated response to emails and message, if they answered. No phone number to call to speak to anybody.

Order placed on Jan 4th, still no delivered

My order not received or shipped!!! No acknowledgment to any of of my messages sent. Is this SCAM? Who can respond?

I’ve ordered 2nd January and haven’t received anything yet. I’ve sent 4 emails and 2 forms but nobody replied back. It’s very frustrating and stressful! I will have to contact my bank I guess as I feel I have been scammed. I should have read all the reviews before purchasing anything from them. It’s a horrible experience I paid £115 for my hoodie and bottom pants :(

THE WORST company ever.
Do NOT use.
The hoodie we received was clearly a counterfeit, when I tried to return it I was only offered a store credit note or 20% off to keep the hoodie.
I wanted a full returned so after consulting through PayPal (the only way I could get a reasonable response) and Urban Mood Store I was told to send the hoodie back, which I did at a cost of £15.75, then Urban Mood contacted me asking for over €18 for costs their end, and then the jumper was returned to me…I have never dealt with such a dreadful, deceitful company.
So I’m left with a counterfeit hoodie and out of pocket £56 for the hoodie and £15.75 for sending it back.

I still don’t have my order. You haven’t responded to any of my emails.

Still not received the item so had to log a case through PayPal. Despite multiple chasers direct , communication has been poor. Would definitely not recommend to anyone

I place my order on 03/12 and it has still not been received and no updates unless I chase and still no idea when they will arrive. These were Christmas present and we are nearly 2 months since I ordered them.

After 5 weeks, I still haven’t received my order. Have emailed 4 times to chase it up and have been told “it’s on its way”.
Will not order from here again.

Still not received my order, placed it middle of December with no reply from company,

I placed an order on 27.12.24,
I am yet to received the item.
I have emailed several times to cancel the order, however, this has not been resolved.

I had to email on two different occasions to to chase up a shipping date/ order confirmation.

Tracking number I was given have been change with a new tracking number which still indicates that item is yet to be sent.
It has been really frustrating and stressful.

I don’t know how you are still in business to be honest.

I am still waiting for my order that I made on the 18 December! No one replies to my emails or online message!

Terrible service, item didn’t turn up , took weeks / a month to reply to an email, gave up in the end

I placed an order in December and it has never arrived. I have sent over 10 emails and tried to contact them over instagram. And nothing. I requested to be reimbursed. Nothing. No communication.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. No telephone exists for them either. Scam

Following on from my above review and in response to UrbanMood response:
1. The email they have asked me to contact them through is the same as the one I have been using since December
2. An update in delivery was sent but the same message still stands from the 17th of December.
3. They refuse to reimburse me despite them having access to the order never been sent
Updated on the 30th of Jan. another email sent to urban mood.

This is totally outrageous. Despite urban mood responding to this review I still HAVE NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER placed on the 16th of December. I have requested to be reimbursed in full As my order has never been sent. Their website says it can refunded but no one will respond to my request.

SCAM! They will send you some random item and not return the money once you have sent back the item. No communication, no money. Don't order! SCAM!

Scam company! Do not order anything from them.
Ordered a Stussy hoodie for £60, so not cheap, took over 4 weeks to arrive, packaging from China and who knows where else it had been! Quality of top horrible, far too big for a medium and shiny black material (not even worth £10). Requested refund option and receive email with option to have 25% off the item or post back to Spain. Posted back for a further cost of £13 and have proof of postage that it has arrived at destination - however have not received any refund and no communication from them. Have contacted them several times but they are still ignoring me. Really wish I had read the reviews on here first as would defiantly not have brought anything from them! Complete scam of a company.

Paid money, not received item. Will not respond to messages. No refund received.
