I had an issue with one of the items…however!!!
I had an issue with one of the items received which had been broken in transit. I contacted the customer service via email and was amazed how quickly they responded. It was literally minutes from sending! I’d provided pictures of the damage and there was no quibble whatsoever, only apologies for the inconvenience and a swift plan to remediate and resolve the issue. Items are lovely and the customer service is outstanding! Would shop here again and have bookmarked for future purchases.

We responded to a message from you, but it didn't say that there was a problem. We reached out asking how we can help but there was no reply from you. We can only help if we know there is a problem! It was delivered to Romania as per delivery address, if we know there is a problem we can trace it. You don't need a lawyer for £26.99 spend, you just needed to tell us.
