Ordered the game and played with my local grandchildren (11 & 8). They enjoyed it and kept playing until we reached level 3. Bought another and took it to grandchildren in CA. One (10) got frustrated as he was slower figuring it out. Played next day with 13 year old and we played for 90 minutes before interupted. Great game for all ages but may need to play with younger children a while before having all three ages play together.
Delivery person put in mailbox down the road instead of delivering it to my house as they said they did and I contacted the company to say had not received. They immediately sent a new shipment which I'm returning. Very good customer service.

excellent customer service! My husband and I played so we could more easily explain it to our 5 and 8 year old grandchildren. I thought that there was a problem and was too tired to re-read the directions right then. I sent the email the next day and got a response so quickly. I got too busy and didn't even check my email for about 4 days. I had several responses from them already, so I sat down and re-read the directions. It was my mistake from not reading the directions correctly! Thanks to the customer service team!

Bought the older version of this game second hand, it was missing 1 block (no fault of the company) but I emailed them to see if I could get a replacement block to complete the sets but they sent me a whole new current game! And it arrived in 1 day at that. Superb customer service and quick response with initial email. We weren't sure about this game at first, seemed a little boring, kids had a hard time at times making them more frustrated but the more we played it the more we liked it and it became a hit. My kids actually just finished playing for over 2 hours (11.6 and 7.9), they had a tournament between themselves on level one. It's really anyone's game, it doesn't matter on age, more on speed, paying attention to your blocks and realizing some helpful tricks. :) I also like that it's a fairly quiet game when racing. Thanks again Uzzle team!

We bought the original uzzle, and we were able to play with both adults and my granddaughter. It was a lot of fun so much so that I went ahead and purchased the expansion pack for harder cards.

Uzzle, went out there way to make sure I received my package before Christmas. My family and I had fun playing the Uzzle game. The cards are big, and the colors on the cards or bright. my Daddy is blind in one eye. However he was able to play along with us. Thank you Uzzle for the love and laughter of playing hand games with family. God Bless . JEN

Unfortunately it was a bust with my son and his boys. I was so disappointed because I really thought they’d love the challenge. My husband jumped in and thought it was an okay game.
I bought 2 games as there were going to be 7 players but I only opened one up to see how they liked it. Fortunately I could return the second game. Customer service was amazing. They fully refunded the amount of the game within a day. Excellent company.

They were quick in getting my orders delivered. Then when one of the items was damaged they responded and resolved the issue within in 3 days ( 1 of which was Christmas Day ).
Very pleased with this company.

Ordered two games of Uzzle; one for each of my adult children and their families. We absolutely love the game with the exception that no one can beat my adult daughter. She is freakishly fast at solving the puzzles! One minor issue was quickly resolved. One of the cubes was missing stickers. I reached out to the company on Christmas night not expecting to get a response until the following day. Bernadette responded almost immediately. After a couple more emails, she said she would send me a new game (all I wanted was a replacement cube). Their customer service is top notch!

My experience with customer service was excellent! When my order didn’t arrive, another one was shipped without question! Sophie was genuine and helpful!

After I placed my order I realized I had missed out on a 10% dicount. I conntacted customer service and Bernadette responded quickly and gave my a refund for the 10%

Unfortunately after spending $70+ can't figure out how to play it. 7 YO grandson very frustrated.

I purchased the game for my brother's family but forgot to change the address. The company was so responsive and helped me get it change quickly so that my brother's family would enjoy it for the holidays! Thank you!
