Customer service is exceptional. They respond quickly and resolve issues immediately.

Although I’m a bit late writing this, I needed to post a review, not for the product, it speaks for itself, but for the customer service. My order like I’m sure several was delayed and not delivered as I would have liked, I know that shouldn’t be good. It’s just a testament to how many people ordered the game for the holidays. But customer service bent over backwards to fix, stayed in contact with me and did everything possible to resolve, which they did. To me that’s more important than anything. So thank you to the Uzzle team for all their help and yes we LOVE both the games!!

Love this game. My husband and I play and we’ll be introducing it to our. grandkids

Great game , challenging yet not frustrating for 5 year olds. Ours arrived with extras if one number and a deficit of another block. The company is seeing a whole new set to us. Great customer service.

I had ordered an Uzzle game in December, 2024. It was shipped out and was to be delivered to me by the USPS. Once it arrived in our city, it was loaded onto a mail truck for delivery that caught fire, destroying everything that was on the truck (including my Uzzle game). I emailed the Uzzle team about the details of the misfortune, and heard back within 24 hours, with the notification that they were going to send a replacement game at N/C. I was impressed with the trust that was placed in my sharing of the situation, and even though I have a notification from the USPS regarding the fire as proof of my situation, I never had to supply it because the Uzzle team believed me without proof. That meant a lot to me!

Nice people to deal with. They are very interested in making sure the customer is happy.

After buying and receiving our Uzzle game we noticed that one of the blocks had one side that was not marked/stamped or stickered at all. Emailed Uzzle letting them know and received a reply within 24 hours! Within a week I received a new game ! Customer support for this company is top notch and the efficiency in which they took care of this small problem was very impressive. Kudos to Uzzle customer support and thank you again for your speedy response. Will highly recommend to anyone that asks.

We purchased this game for our 6 year old grandson. The whole family loves it!

I didn’t realize it until we tried to play it Christmas Day with my family, I Emailed your customer service and within 24 hours they responded by letting me know they were going to send out the correct game - first one addition with no additional charges.

We received two different The Uzzle games for Christmas and learned pretty quick that one of them was missing two cards. I sent a message to the company on a Saturday midday and they responded in a timely manner and by early afternoon the issue was resolved.

We already enjoy the games but knowing The Uzzle has excellent customer support makes my outlook of the brand even better!

Purchased the game earlier in the year because that is how I do my Christmas shopping. When playing with family, we realized that one of the dices was missing drawings. Contacted Uzzle this morning to see if they could send me the missing drawings and I would place it on the dice. Instead they are blessing me with an entirely new game. Great customer service support to rectify a problem. Would highly recommend this game to everyone! Thank You!

I needed to return an item and the customer service was superb. The entire process was painless. This kind of service will keep me looking for new items from uzzle.

Enjoyed playing with family while visiting them at Christmas and immediately ordered two boxes for our home. There seemed to be a shipping problem with the carrier, but the Uzzle support team immediately sent out another shipment. Impressive! The package made it in time to play with other family visiting our home now. As a matter of fact, I can hear them playing in another room.

The Uzzle game is really fun for all ages. The Crossico game is challenging in a different way. It is something you can play by yourself if you wNt, otherwise it is 2 player. It isn’t as much fun and fast-paced as Uzzle.

Excellent customer’s service. They had our problem resolve the same day. The game is very fun, we played at our Christmas party.

My family and I love this game! Super fun with my 6 year old and he’s getting better and better every time we play.
