The staff is very focused on customer satisfaction.And they are friendly and very informative. There are a series of products is outstanding. The products pretty much sell themselves and their customer interaction is just the cherry on top of the sundae.

Product arrived very promptly, as described.
Correspondence about payment and delivery efficient.
All in all a great service

The two games we got were fun!🤩. I purchased them to help keep my senior mom and aunts brain active. I didn’t realize it helped me too. Brought out my competitive spirit in a fun way. We started on Level 1 and then went to level two. Now we will progress.

I am impressed with the quality of the games, even more so with how unusually imaginative they are. As a retired early childhood educator and literacy teacher, l have seen hundreds of games. I have never enjoyed playing a game as much as l enjoyed playing Topple Toads with my 4 year old granddaughter. The addition of a water element is pure genius. Keep up the good work!

My experience was a breath of fresh air, compared to other experiences I’ve had. Your customer service representative, Bernadette, was so kind, respectful and supportive. I felt heard, understood and that she and this company would do anything in their power to help me get the games I paid for, for my grandchildren in time for their visit.
In short, I paid for the games and realized too late to see my auto generated address was one I had two years ago. I called back and received a message from Bernadette. She stated, that this was ver fixable. She acted like nothing was too big or small that couldn’t be handle on her end. But it was too late the package was sent already in route to the old address. She quickly sent out a new package to the new address, but this time it was delivered to the wrong space in the park I live at. Bernadette, told her I have been waiting an additional week from when it was listed as delivered, and that I still did not receive it. She sent back a picture confirmation of its delivery. I took that info and went to that location, they were not home, so I went to the manager to voice my concerns and quickly got the package back within an hour with no issues.
I played the games today to see it and understand it before I play with my kiddos. I love them. Very inactive. I think this will be so much fun for the kiddos. And a wonderful way to keep the TV watching to a minimum and engaging more as a family.

Thank you so much for offering a wonderful product to get our kids more engaged in family time. I will continue to look for new products from your company.

I would really like to recommend Bernadette for a pay increase please. She is such an asset to your company and should be compensated more, as this is a really tough job on most days I’m sure.

This company has both wonderful products and great customer service.

At first I realized the persons I bought the games for will not use them really and asked for a refund. But it was too late. After a few exchanges with them they graciously accepted to give me a partial refund. I am impressed. I hope that my fear that my nephews won’t enjoy playing the game won’t materialize itself.

When USPS delivered my package it was left outside unprotected by weather. The box was completely soaked. I shared my story with the company and without asking they shipped me a new package and thanked me for the feedback! Five star customer service.

The customer service was very helpful and quick answering my questions.

I was looking for a large print option of the Uzzle game cards. Although there's not currently an option for large print cards, the company is considering adding one in their future updates. Warms to my heart to know that visually impaired people are considered by this company!

Response from sellers prompt and helpful, game is well made and fun to play. We purchased 2 games one for us here in Australia, hubby and I are in our 70s and are addicted to playing already, and one to take to our grandchildren in the US who love games and are very competitive. Great times ahead.

I had the opportunity to play The Uzzle at a friend barbecue this July 4th just after the first 2 plays, my mind was already made up. I got to have this game.
Immediately after I went and ordered the basic and the expansion sets. This game is amazingly satisfying. Thus for all ages and cultures ...

Bernadette and the staff at Uzzle were extremely professional and courteous when the delivery driver had marked my parcel delivered when it had in fact not been delivered. They immediately initiated an investigation and shipped me a replacement which arrived the next day. This is what customer service should be and I wish the Uzzle company the very best!

We have had endless hours of fun with the original Uzzle puzzle for the adults and older kids-we've ordered more so more people can play together. We have been enjoying and having fun for several years. I just ordered the Uzzle that is for younger kids for my grandchild. I accidentally put our old address and Bernadette took care of the matter right after I emailed the company - and on the weekend!! I highly recommend this company for its quality and FUN products - and their integrity and caring.

Our game was missing some parts. Bernadette responded quickly throughout the whole conversation and resolved the issue in a most satisfactory way.

The Uzzle support team have been amazing! Had an issue with a missing piece after purchase and when I contacted them to get that one spare part they replied in less than 1 hour and they immediately sent a new whole game!!!! Thank you!

One of the decks had duplicate cards. Contacted customer service and they sent me a new replacement. Super professional and efficient company. Highly recommended. Plus : we love playing Uzzle

We received the uzzle game for Christmas, and we noticed a piece of the picture on one block was missing. They replaced it for us very quickly and sent us more so we could play with more people! We love this game so it was very exciting.

Our family loves to play games, so i purchased The Uzzle as our family Easter gift. The colors and designs on the cubes were perfect compliment to Easter colors.
After several rounds we discovered one cube had a blank side. We substituted with a masking tape patch and continued playing because it was sooo fun we couldn't stop.😅
I contacted customer service the next day via email with a photo of our "patch." I would have been happy with a replacement sticker. A new cube would be even better BUT .....no, I was sent an entirely NEW game! Customer service extraordinaire ❤️ I'm bragging to everyone AND taking The Uzzle to our Lake Ladies Game Night!
