Positives outweigh drawback
The stock was unavailable even though it showed as available online. I ordered with express post on Thursday, the following Wednesday the stock was in transit. One week for express post request is a bit slow. The Vet Shed did however call me and informed me of the situation and that stock was expected on Monday afternoon, and refunded my express post charge. The Vet Shed then did send via express due to my inconvenience - I’m very pleased with that. I would use The Vet Shed again due to the positive experiences out weighing incorrect online shopping stock availability.

Maybe tell customers about limited operations sand slow shipping before they order. Not wait to take $300+ and then send an email saying you’re on holiday to 3 January
