The worst casino I’ve ever played.in same game sizzling hot delux every time and never I win 5 seven

Simon the man in control of the GUKPT poker tournaments is a disgrace to the name of Poker after you read what happened to me you will understand.
He is a rude, angry, arrogant and incompetent individual carrying out a role clearly not suited to him as he has no clue and makes his own rules as when he chooses and pleases. Simon get a job you know as you haven’t got a clue on rulings in live Poker tournaments.

Today 18-07-2025 As I was playing the GUKPT  £250,000 NPL guaranteed poker tournament with a entry fee of £1,100 + £150 at the Vic casino poker room, My tournament was suddenly tarnished with a ridiculous, outrageous and made up ruling by Simon the poker tournament floor man. 

Whilst I was heads up in a hand of no limit holdem, in tournament mentioned above, on the turn card my opponent made a bet of 2500 in chips which left him with less than 15,000 chips behind and at this point in hand there was less than 5000 chips in pot. I then said ‘’36’’ whilst putting in 3600 chips in pot and the dealer stopped the hand at this point and called floor and then Simon turned up and looked at me with disdain with his arrogant and rude manner, and the dealer explained to Simon exactly what I mentioned above word for word and Simon’s ruling was that I now had to put in 36,000 chips in the middle. I then said to Simon that my opponent don’t even have more than 15,000 in chips so why would I consider putting 36,000 in if I made a mistake then it should count as a call bet and at the very worst a minimum raise to 5000 chips but because I didn’t say raise and I only said ‘36’ when putting in 3600 in chips then the ruling should be considered just a call in this case.
Simon said that his decision is final and I had to put in 36,000 of my chips in middle. Whilst everyone on my table and rounding tables looked on in disbelief. My chips then were robbed off me by Simon and simply gifted to my opponent.
I then got up and spoke with poker room manager and explained what had happened and he said that this is the house rules.

I then explained to poker manager that this is a made up rule as I have researched extensively and this is what I found below. 

Please read correct ruling below summary after I carried out extensive research regarding matter.

In summary: Since you declared "36" after putting in 3600, the ruling would be that you made a call of 2500, not a raise. You would not be required to put an additional 36,000 into the pot.
I would also like to add that I was in a separate tournament two days before and I was busting to go toilet and the moment I stood up I saw there was one more opponent to act before me and the moment they folded their hand I attempted to walk away from table to go toilet and I was rudely stopped by Simon and he just put his big 6ft 5 inch body in front of me like I assume a secret service agent protecting a president will do, then he says abruptly with a mean look on his face when I returned back from toilet I will have a two hand ban as I stood up before the cards were folded. So this person Simon has clearly showed he has a personal issue with me for some reason and now has ruined my tournament experience mentioned above.
Before I left the club I also spoke with a very nice well mannered manager of the Casino called Ed and I left my membership card with him saying I will never return to this club and explained the situation. He then said that the top poker manager will look into this and get back to me.
I will also like to add that after a 15 million pound refurbishment in the club, the toilets are always dirty and not maintained, there is no water that comes out from basins in men’s bathroom, the poker chips are filthy and sticky and the poker tables have dirt on them and hairs and after playing a few hands you need to disinfect your hands but it’s impossible as you can barely get any water out from basins taps. I would of expected them to take time out to clean poker tables, poker chips, bathrooms regularly but all they care about is taking your money and some dealers and managers in poker room are rude and arrogant.

Ive played at a lot of casinos this one is so so bad it's criminal i thought the reviews must be wrong as some times they are for casinos. I've played at many and this is the worst one I've ever seen. Bonues actually are the lowest payout and you don't get hardly any. Everhtime I've played I've won under my deposit back and I deposit low

I have the same complaint as others, I can never work out what game to play on free spins, and have often nit bothered with them. Please tell me The Vic why is it so complicated. Got 15 spins on deposit today but for the life of me I can’t work out what games I can play. Please simplify it.

Making this post because the reviews don’t feel too fair

I play the same game on every site and the volatility of the game is pretty high, and this site is the only one to pay out on the top bonus

The withdrawal was in my accounts 15 seconds after approval

The approval took a little while but chatted to Heather in support and she was great! Fast efficient and made sure it was processed.

I see a lot of reviews saying after initial win you won’t win again so I’ll update in a week or two

But so far so good !

I’ve never played on a site that crashes and “error 404” messages constantly. Not impressed so far.

Not sure about all the negative comments about this casino got top games big jackpots fast withdrawals haven't had any issues as of yet made withdrawal request got it around half hour later so thumbs up from me guys....

Beware if you withdraw funds, your chance of getting any bonuses is impossible untill you make a depost that covers the value that you withdrew. Getting to talk to customer services is impossible too.
My advice is just do not join thevic.com

If I could do a 0 star I would 10k in on a £20 spin only 4 bonus and the most I got was 357 it is a rip off please do not do this, or play on this site waste of money and trying to get in contact with support is impossible Sat with my phone for 5 hours when it says 15 mins wait

Another bad one people £5 a spin 3k only 5 bonuses highest I won was £148 worst site ever please don't give them anymore money than I have I'm starting a business showing people what sites are scamming this is the top one so far

why this type of sites ever allowed in UK? £60 on low stake 1 future no win, gambling commission instead of banning future buys, and auto spin, ban Scam sites like this, This site was recommended by stopandstep.com and i will not be watching will surly be Unfollowing from now on

Money draining scam. Never any features and if you are lucky enough to get one it will pay very low everytime. Games are not paying in accordance to the advertised RTP. Fake. Will close my account. Been a member a year and never had a withdrawal.

I've spent around 1200 over a month and never received a single bonus every game played seems to be alot worse the every other casino I've played I'm not a sore loser and I don't mind losing a few thousand but just avoid them winning isn't possible

Absolute joke. Play with low bets and high bets either way the ratio to win is low. Odd random win after around a £200 balance after huge deposits, the games die consistently. Without fail and crash at the best of times especially after a decent win is thrown in and then your luck is gone!
Lack of regular bonuses few and far between and still low payouts no matter what the stake is. Have not won anything decent in the past year.. ‘always down to ‘no luck’ be prepared to deposit constantly and not win.
Promotions are very poor . Free spins offered regular to entice you ,that give minimum also. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Honestly the payouts are very poor, when I play with bonus money give very good prizes and go to free spins but after when we play with our money and without bonus it's a shame, always to zero and the prizes are very low, don't recommend to play and to deposits.
