I joined Thevic.com deposited my money making sure not to accept the bonus, I won £200 and decided to withdraw..so far so good it accepted my withdrawal then I deposited again and won so I thought I would leave the £50 balance and play the next day...and that is where it ends..locked out of the account, had no luck on chat even though no:1 in queue , tried telephoning but lines are down, tried emailing but have had no reply
and it's been 5 days. Im sure in this day and age if you sign up they should instantly reject you not allow and take your deposits then locked you out with totally no explanation. My username Dtvdgx1

Now I'm not one for leaving bad reviews about my casino experience's but thevic.com is having a laugh.. surely.

After my first experience, I thought hmm ok, I will give it another try sometime soon.. I have gave it several tries now and it's the same experience every time. Same with their sister sites. Poor returns with a very slow, unstable site. It logs you out all the time and games crash constantly. I don't know if it's just me but red tiger slots seem rigged. My gameplay always crashes on red tiger slots and after its reloaded, it's not the same experience as it was before it crashed. Every spin is losing.. I play at low stakes so I could be playing at 10ps or 20ps on red tiger slots and as soon as my balance hits £3.16 every spin apart from one will be losing.. giving me an 8p return. This could be the average return at these stakes, I don't know but the same outcome and experience?? Seems to be the same pattern every session.

For me, this is not a casino I will have in mind when it comes to depositing..

Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. I joined after receiving an invite from another casino and made a deposit of £50 . I was played for about 1 hour then stopped for lunch , when I attempted to login it wouldn’t let me as I had been a member of a sister casino I had self excluded from. Why let me play for so long and let me win over£250 ? So far they have only returned my initial deposit not any winnings. Con merchants.

The site is ok to use has a great match bonus 100%, you play what you deposit any any slot then once it’s gone your left with bonus money, which would normally be fine but you have a selection of 8 games too choose from. Fine not a problem took my £25 bonus for up to £200 then upped my bet. Got a bonus and won £3500 bloody amazing didn’t read the terms and conditions my fault really turns out the most I could with draw was 10x my bonus total £250 absolutely gutted was not the word never won on a slot like that. Cleared the play through withdrew 200 I’m up the payment was instant fantastic, differed I’d have another go later no wins no bonus, ended up putting the 200 back in again no wins no bonus on every slot I tried. So in a nut shell your win loads with bonus funds as it’s capped and nothing with real money but good luck too those that do actually get a win take it and run

Not sure where all the bad reviews have come from. Been playing for over a week. Winnings always paid out in quick time and gameplay is pretty decent. I play slots and definitely getting more out than I put in. The review below about the bonus wagering is not the sites fault, all explained in t&c's and all gambling sites do the same.

Stay away from this site, You would be hard pressed to find one that is worse.

30 minutes to get on live chat and then 9/10 the chat abruptly ends and you have to go through it all over again, this isn't a one off it's every time! add to that when you do get through the support are useless.

Prizes are never added, There are glitches all over the site and half the time the website won't even load.

thevic.com is advertised at the top of the google page, after putting a £10 deposit on this casino I opted into wager £20 get a £5 in the casino section.
Unknown to me anyway when I was in the middle of play I got this £5 added to my credit, well I should of read the terms because I was down to my last few spins then I won £144.00 Happy days.

Grosvenor Casinos apparently thought it a good idea to create a separate website for one of their flagship casinos, the Grosvenor Victoria casino. They send invitations to join via e-mail using their existing customer contact database. As the introductory offers are quite good I decided to give TheVic.com a try, hoping for a premium, smooth running, gaming experience. Well people, don’t bother! There is no dedicated app available, so you have to play on their website using a normal browser. Unfortunately, when you maximise the game on your screen, you lose the bottom of the game meaning you can’t see your actual live account balance whilst playing. They also display your account balance at the top of the screen. However, that account balance is updated with a rather large delay, so you never know quite where you are with your account balance. Gaming experience (as in RTP etc.) appears similar to other websites. The big difference here is when playing on TheVic.com, your game is constantly interrupted by “internal server error” or “session expired” messages flashing up on your screen. This even happens during bonus game rounds, causing you to lose your free spins. This really doesn’t entice me to deposit with TheVic.com ever again, despite their good introductory offers for second and third deposits. I am at a loss to understand why Grosvenor Casinos thought it was a good idea to offer online gaming through this website. Their account opening and depositing money process was smooth enough. I can’t comment on the withdrawing side of things though - I lost my full initial deposit and matched bonus balance, so I never had the pleasure of withdrawing any winnings from this site, but there is of course always a good chance of that happening when playing online - I fully accept that. I did once try to contact their customer support through online chat to report the never ending error messages whilst playing. When I got connected I was told I was number one in the queue and a representative would be with me shortly. Fast forward 30 minutes and I was still “number one in the queue” - needless to say I gave up in the end. So all in all TheVic.com really isn’t anything special and therefore I wouldn’t recommend to anyone signing up to this site - definitely not until they manage to resolve all the reported issues as highlighted above…
