First the help to locate the right villa for us was so supportive, then the quality of the villa, help from the villa managers and care taken to ensure the holiday met our expectations was first rate.

We've been to several different villas over the years and they have all been chosen with a great deal of care and attention. Our latest holiday in a new villa was as ever a fantastic experience. It is a family run company, so you always have contact with the same people. Ginnie & her team are exceptionally helpful and go beyond and above to make your holiday special. This is the 4th consecutive year that we have rented a villa from The Villa Agency and once again we were not disappointed. We went to villa Pessoa in Vilamoura and had a wonderful holiday. The villa was excellent - very well equipped, lovely spacious bedrooms with very comfortable beds and high quality bathrooms. The outside area was great, with plenty of shaded areas should you want them and the table tennis table proved much more popular than I expected it to be!! The villa is in a great location, close to the Marina and with 2 supermarkets less than 5 minutes drive away and a couple of restaurants, bakeries/cafes just a couple of minutes drive away. All in all it was the best villa we have been to so far, albeit the most expensive one too but on balance we felt it was worth the extra £ and we have already rebooked for next summer.
I cannot recommend the Villa Agency highly enough. Ginnie & her team are so helpful & friendly and offer a very high level of customer service. They know their properties very well and are therefore able to help you choose the right villa for you. I cannot imagine using any other company now for our villa holidays.

The team at the villa agency were super from start to finish, no question too silly and always a quick response 7 days per week! We received a lovely and unexpected call from Ginnie whilst on holiday and after the handover to the local agent, just checking in that all was in order and we were having a good holiday.

We enjoyed a fantastic holiday through the Villa Agency. From purchase, to pre-holiday preparations, during the holiday and since coming home they have been great.
All communications were clear, in good time and friendly in nature. They responded to emails & calls very quickly, most, if not all, within 24 hours.
We had a slight mix up with transfers on arrival (not Villa Agency's fault) and they helped sort that out quickly. In conversations throughout the process it was very clear they were invested in ensuring that we had a great and relaxing holiday.
I would actively look to use them again when looking for a villa holiday and happily recommend them to others.

Great villa in Carveiro.

Great company with polite and helpful staff. Our party wasn't straight forward with two Australians joining us via rail from Spain and so we had lots of logistical questions which were answered quickly by the same person thoughout - Amanda, thankyou. The villa was as described and the local agent was very helpful - especially with advice about visiting Lisbon - thankyou Filipa. Would definitely use this company again.
